Well you really have to look at the source material on this one. There wasn’t a lot to work with to start. Hasbro’s pulling miracles getting what they can out of these lacking bayverse designs.

A cyberverse Optimus would probably scale best with him I think

 

Probably a really unpopular opinion, but I’m personally okay with scavenger’s size. Sure he’s not super tall, but he’s extremely wide, and I think he definitely qualifies as a leader class in terms of mass. I think it’s like a long haul situation where he scales better with legends figures in bot mode in order to have a devastator (and individual constructicons) at a reasonable/affordable size. Nothing’s perfect, so I’m willing to take some compromises in exchange for the figure to actually happen in the first place.
