18 looks good, but it's sold out here.
    Haven't seen 27.
Is that 24 and 25 duo pack good?

I wish that hasbro makes a new SS Ironhide that has/is prone to GPS (Gold plastic syndrome) so that we can
    re-enact his death scene...

I'd just be happy to see any new Autobots. Cons have been (and will be) getting a lot of attention in the SS line. Nothing wrong with that, but I'm eager for new faces rather than retools or repaints.

Though the DOTM Prime DOES sound sweet...

Regarding SS-32 Prime, are these things actually true? And is he actuallly that bad? :/

Finally got around to taking some photos of Studio Series Grimlock the other day. I'm sure I'll get around to doing a full post on him at some point, but the long story short - he's good! But probably one of the weaker Studio Series figures

"I was expecting a giant car..."

He's definitely got some tight joints, likely so he can support his combined mode with Jetfire. As for parts falling off, I think your milage may vary. I've not had any such issues

I do agree that the first Optimus is a better in the sense that he's easier to play with, but this one is still the better figure over all for me. Again though, your opinions and milage may vary

Sigh, I order SS Jetfire from TargetDotCom and it got backordered.

TargetDotCom is very bad at stocking their inventory lol

Got my 3D printed Heavy Iron guns today! They're awesome! Just gotta paint them now since white guns don't look very intimidating and they're hard to photograph in my usual way haha!

I also found an even better way to store SS38's rifle in truck mode. It looks way better this way and doesn't make the truck mode seem out of place:

More often than not, I have found amazon reviewers don’t know what they’re talking about. Not just with figures, but with any items. Nobody on TFW has echoed those issues with Prime that I’ve seen, so I don’t think there’s much to worry about. It just depends I guess. Watch me get a bad copy now to spite me

It's going to be another case of your mileage will vary. Some will be perfect. Some will be defective like Spaceman's. Others will start fine then lose all tightness as they age.

Truth be told, I do have one with stiff knee joints that have been a haggle when trying to pose. HOWEVER, I still find it to be much better compared to the previous. The chest is no longer a flat panel. The colors are much more aligned with the character, too. I've only transformed him once because I love his robot form.

As for the instructions, they are tiny and I had some difficulty, but I ended up winging it the rests of the way. Wasn't hard to eventually figure out.

Transformed him a ton of times, as to posing, I Physically cant stand him up in any other pose than just tanding straight up, so I usually don't. (though I move the legs around when messing with him)
Not an owner of the prime, but..... I find most of the 1-star reviews and such on Amazon to be fairly incompetent parents buying them for a child that is still crawling on its hands and knees and/or doesn't understand the concept of something disappearing behind something else.

Right now I'm just dumping everyone into one shelf, they look pretty good together and I'm not too bothered Jazz is standing with Grimlock in the background even though they're movies apart.
