I think a possible ending is when Optimus comes back with new bodies they get all the dead autobots sparks and revive them that's one ending that may be possible post your thoughts...

 

With that kinda Box office record why would anyone ever end the series?

They have to end the series at some point - else the universe will implode under the gravity of all of the plot holes and loose ends that are being created.......

Part of me just feels that eventually, they'll just drop this iteration, broken and bleeding along the side of the freeway, and speed away like nothing ever happened (like other studios did with the Batman series in 97, and Sony with Spider-Man 3 in 2007).

Hmm, actually by this logic, if they release TF5 in 2007, it stands to reason that it might end that way for this series. It'll be too tapped out to go on further, and they'll reboot.

 

It's just a bummer that Peter Cullen and Frank Welker will probably be too old by then to voice Prime and Megatron.

Their last movie better be worthy of them. I would like an ending where Galvatron finally sees the error of his ways and redeems himself.

It's an idea, but I'm thinking more of the ending of Transformers: Armada.

 

I would imagine that if Unicron is introduced, he would be shut down and his body (in planet mode) becomes the new Cybertron. Also, the autobots and decipticons become one.

 

That would be a very good ending if that happened.

 

I hope once the movies end, the continuity continues, because I really like the movieverse toys (actually I only have movieverse toys).

It should end with the good guys beating Unicron
