We've all been through this, right? We have plans to spend our free time, but then we were forced to watch movies that we totally did not want to watch or someone else forced us to watch with them and we couldn't say no...

Here are the movies that wasted my time and could not leave even if I wanted to:

    - Marley & Me. Me and my brother wanted to go to see Watchman, but he was not allowed to because he was still underaged. He forced me to watch Marley & Me with him because he didn't want to go home without a movie and that was what they had at the time. It wasn't bad, but wasn't my cup of tea.

    - Tooth Fairy. My cousins wanted to see it just because Dwayne Johnson was in it (Or so I thought). Funny, but stupid.

    - Beverly Hills Chihuahua. I don't even remember why did I watch it... but damn it was lame lame lame!

So from these movies, I guess Marley & Me wasn't the worst... but luckily, I don't go through this ordeal anymore. They all got their cars and I no longer their driver.

Underdog. I had to go with my brother and he wanted to see it. It sucked.

Coyote Ugly. My girlfriend at the time dragged me to it, and it was possibly the most painful theater movie experience of my life. I came out expecting that surely she must agree it was a strong contender for worst movie of all-time, but she loved it. That was a clear signpost for how that relationship was going to go.

Some years ago I was dragged against my will to one of those Fathom Events musicals at the local AMC. Phantom of the Opera. Ended up loving it... and loving showtunes.

Not sure if I was really "dragged" into the theater haha, but I went to see Mean Girls with a bunch of girls when it came out thinking it would suck ass, but it turned out to be one of my favorite movies.

while i was never dragged to see a movie i didn't want to see(thank god).

my brother in law wasnt as lucky. my 2 sisters took him to see breaking dawn part 2 in november while i baby-sat my nephew.

when they came back, he said 'i hope i get something good out of this.'

i laughed and a few seconds later it hit me what he meant by it in which i was then disgusted.

In the theater: Team America and Cars. I ended up loving both. A friend wanted to see them both, and had no one to go with, so I went.

Besides the many chick-flick movies I've endured since my wife and I hooked up, there was Cruel Intentions. I was brought to this girl's house, along with three other girls, two of which I had massive crushes on, one of which is now my wife. I was told to come over for a movie night, and they put that on, two of them on each side of me on the couch.

I worked with all four of them, so we were a little more than acquaintances, but not quite good friends. It was probably the most awkward two hours of my life, and, looking back, quite a missed opportunity.

    Speed 2: Cruise Control

a friend of mine dragged me to it, hated it. luckily she worked at the theater as cleaning crew so we got to see it for free and we smuggled in snacks so no money was wasted.

Heh, my girlfriend drug me to that too. I just tuned out and focused on all that ass for a hour and a half.

I'll just say for me, it was the countless romantic-comedies that I've braved over the years for the sake of getting some nookie.

    Four Weddings & A Funeral

I think I got dragged to Titanic as well, but I actually ended up really enjoying that one, so it's all good.

We bought a zoo. I liked it but it was not in my interest to see in theaters.

My cousins kidnapped me and, I kid you not, dragged me to the FOCKIN' MIDNIGHT PREMIERE of the FOCKIN' TWILIGHT BROKEN DAWN. FUCK THEM.
