Given the complexity of the movie designs, I have no problem with cheating if the result is this beautiful. I was quite disappointed with the bulk of the leader class prime, and this solves all of those problems.

When I first saw the cowboy hat, my first thought was John Wayne. I'm not doubting anyone, but I am curious as to why it's assumed to be Cullen? There's surely a story/picture I'm missing. Having a Cullen homage would push this over the top for me, that man defined a lot of good childhood memories.

I actually like this alot better than the leader version (despite undesireable shortcuts). The proportions simply make this the bettr toy IMO. I like the detailing of the leader version, but he's far too top-heavy. The Voyager here looks awesome (with the exception of his face which I just can't get myself to like). He also looks like he's going to be somewhat poseable, unlike the leader Prime who seems to be restricted by an obscene amount of leg kibble. Even the 'fake' window chest doesn't bother me much.

    And most importantly: he's CHEAPER!

Uh this one may look accurate but I cant stand the cheating. Legs form the compartment behind the cab where the arms should and windows dont form the chest. He wont be in scale with other movie figures and will be nothing as fun to transform as the Leader Class Prime. This one can go ahead and chill with the icy voyager Megatron that just lies on his stomach to transform into jet mode. Both leader class figures FTW! Also looks like this one has the bumper and the grill right on his back. Looks too simple for me.

EDIT: Looks like he doesn't even have waist articulation.

It's pretty cool, but for me, I like the Leader-class a little bit better.

Transformers with a driver figure? That hasn't happened since... Diaclone! Excellent! Does it fit into other TFs, I wonder?

And what if it's just a movie character wearing a hat?

I don't think that info's out there yet.

It looks like the first two Voyager waves MAY be Ratchet and Blackout followed by Ironhide and Starscream, based upon what showed up on eBay first and cross-sell images on the boxes. Beyond that, no clue.

The only thing I'm not digging about the toy is the face. I wish it were more like how my avatar is (I switched the colours in a couple spots)

Unfortunatly neither will the Leader class. i wish they hadn't retired the Ultra class, that'd probably be the sweet spot for Prime to be in scale with the deluxes and Voyagers...

Interesting, they cut out the smoke tanks on the 20th prime, but not on this one.

I will probably get both leader and voyager figures. I like the detail of this figure, but i feel the Leader class delivers more in transformation, especially retractable gun on the arm effect.

I do hope that the finished product of this voyager has better paint applications. The greys' are just to bold, needs a little black wash.

    Great Figure.

When I saw the unpainted prototype I was excited like everyone else. After seeing this gallery it is not as impressive. The head mold is disappointing. I definitely prefer leader class prime but I will buy both! It will make a great addition to my Prime collection but it’s definitely not the best. The alt mode on leader class prime absolutely outclasses voyager prime’s alt mode.
