There are few of the movie toys that I feel are must haves, but the new designs on the Constructicons really have me intrigued. After repainting Rampage here, I know that I will be picking the rest up and giving them the same treatment. Obviously the "clean yellow" look just didn't fit on him so I had to hit him with a new paint job, and get those awesome details to pop. I am really looking forward to Long Haul! Enjoy!
nice work man. I'm excited to one day get mine painted up. I'm also tempted to do one in red, like in the trailer, but I'll have to wait after the weekend when I see the film and what that's all about... Did you do any mods to him?
The only thing I did was take the (incredibly powerful) spring out of his crotch/waist. That thing severely limited his poseability in bot mode, and really only served a purpose for the stupid (IMO) jackhammer mode.
what's jackhammer mode? I got mine OOB, without directions (which is quite a headache trying to freestyle transform all these ROTF figures)
