Ironhide looks like what I've been waiting for. The leader & deluxe were nice but not as faithful to his onscreen look.

Looks like PVC's are making a comeback?
They've been doing them with Scooby Doo, Charlie Brown etc... just a matter of time for TFs.

Like the statues? Confused - what does that have to do with MPM Ironhide?

While that might be an interesting theory for why it's different, I'm not sure conformity was ever an issue with HasTak. Why would anyone be that OCD over the conformity in the first place? I mean Takara already packages the regular MP line in a variety of different box styles yet I don't think anyone has ever complained about that, so why would they start fretting over it now?

So what they shown in the actual demo was the real product and not a painted 3d printed prototype?
I'm bothered with paint finish they used in the alt mode for the promotional box art.

It should be near shiny at the actual GMC Topkick. At least shiny like the plastic used on the previous IH toys.
What's with the bumper? It is shaped like a bumper but it doesn't look like a bumper... FINISH-WISE.

It looks like a Bootleg paint applied to the pick-up.
Are my eyes deceiving me? Take a closer look guys.

The pick up should have a shiny or gloss into it. Like a real life vehicle.
At least MPM-3 looks shiny or gloss. The Pick Up's promo box art looks like either a bootleg paint or matte finish all over it.
