I was on the fence on the Horde set and ultimately decided to pass.

$150 for four figures is a bit much, don't need another Hordak and prefer the standard versions of Grizzlor and Horde Trooper (both should be in future waves).

 

Got Sun Man & Tri-Klops. Missed out on the Faker set. Wanted another one but I'll live.

 

I picked up Tri-Klops and the Grayskull set. I missed out again on Leo Faker. I don't even care about Duplicat, I just want a Leo Faker.

 

Good chance BarbarossaCustoms will do a set. If he hasn’t already. Better than $500

 

Considering how fast the Duplicat set sold out, that was a wise move. Costly but wise.

Got Tri Clops. Tried to get a Faker but it was stolen from my cart.

 

Yup snagged two. Not too broken up about Leo-Faker because Barbarossa will cure my pain.... but that Horde Set hurts.

 

I’m really disappointed I wasn’t able to get the Faker set but expected as much. Oh well.

 

No, but I'm fine. I'll get the retail Sun-Man since I'll probably have him displayed loose and I like the story of his creation enough to want to support it regardless, and I'm fine being without the Grayskull set since I have the castle displayed by the front anyway. Thanks for asking!

Same with me. I'd like the set just to have in box on display but ultimately, the figures are very likely to show up in retail eventually. Hordak is already here so a cartoon redeco is inevitable. The Troopers and Grizzlor wouldn't be relegated to simply a limited exclusive release. Mattel would want to maximize return on the tooling and the Troopers are easy repaints so we'll see them later.

 

Nothing for me. I had to present in my meeting right when it went live so there was no way I was going to juggle that and trying to place an order. Didn’t get done until just now, which is of course far too late. I won’t complain though, I’d rather have this stuff exist and NOT get it than have it not exist at all. Kudos to those of you who scored!

I got 2 Grayskull Sets, all I managed, but I’ll hook you up if you need it.

 

Yup, all the ones I was going for but Faker (which, same, disappeared while in the cart). But I’m lucky to have had one preordered through BBTS. Seems like Faker was the most popular, huh? Such a bummer he sold through so fast.

 

I am positive DupliCat and the Grayskull Expansion Set will be at retail. But the DupliCat is probably going to be with Battle-Armor not Leo Faker. There is hope for all the new sculpting, just not the weird repaints.

 

I bet you’re right. And honestly Battle Armor Faker with Dupli-Cat sounds like a cooler set anyway, haha. Fingers crossed!
