Finally I was able to buy the Menasor gift set from TakaraTomy on ebay, and my focus in the set was definately on Motormaster. I really like the darker colors they painted him compared to the Hasbro version, and of course the extended paintjobs. Still it took me more than a week to paint the details on his chest and legs, cover the hands in silver to match his arms, and taillights, grill and exhaustpipes in vehicle mode. The only thing I didn't enjoy about him was his sword. It looks straight out the bayverse to me, so I replaced it with the Dr.Wu Asura Giant Sword, which is actually the same size and fits him perfectly!
Well if you think Menasors original sword looks just right, then u will be more than happy with the 3rd party sword. They have almost exactly the same length.
