Any list that cites "Optimus Prime's Trailer" as a transformer immidiately drops off my list of "Opinions I give a shit about".

That's Optimus Sledge for you. Everything he says is like biblical law, except it's often hilarious, twisted, gay, or some amalgamation of the three.

I like the part about how Japanese toy designers and animators made Blaster an African-American stereotype. Really shows you how much the writer of the article knows about a creation process, since voice actors are chosen long after designs and animation not before. Voice actor aside, how does Blaster even come off as a black guy?

The guy who wrote that complains about one thing and contradicts himself with another.
He doesn't like how the Dinobot's don't have forms to disguise themselves with...yet he doesn't see the point of the seekers taking on jet forms if they can fly in robot mode...I think he's just picked the character that went into this countdown for the sake of it.

Reflector should have been number 1. Even as a kid I remember thinking "Why would you want to turn into a camera?"

At least Megatron can Shoot you lol. Reflector could only charge at you.

I thought it was pretty clear the writer/s knew nothing about TFs other than what they vaguely remembered from childhood. No mention of anything post G1, and the idea that the Seekers' jet forms were never used as a disguise is undermined by a viewing of MTMTE Part 3, where the Seekers'... er... use their jet modes to approach Cape Carlson rocket base.

Not to mention the episode where the Aerialbots found Dirge and Ramjet hiding on an airfield in Carbombya.

Agreed, the list reeks of half-wit smartass.

Pretty crappy list. It's been done elsewhere and with better results (X-Entertainment, Cracked, etc.).

Besides, how do you compose a list like this and not include Perceptor? Remember that episode where they needed Perceptor to go undercover because the Decepticons were planning on taking over a high school science class? No? Well, neither do I.

Amazing, but this is a rare case where some moron's opinion is actually, demonstrably wrong.

That's mostly because of the contradictory or flat-out incorrect examples.

The Insecticons had an extraordinarily useful ream of "super-powers" that this guy apparently never noticed.

    "Duh-huh! Bugs attack farms! Laaaame!"

Yes, let's neglect the cloning, electrical control, cerebro-shells, and ability to process organic food into energon. It's not like any of that was one-episode wonder stuff either. They did it all the time to the point where it was a relatively central facet of their characters. Even a casual fan knows this stuff, it's hardly in the realm of the basement-dwellers alone.

The Blaster thing is actually vaguely offensive, as was stated previously.

The comments section is both short (unsurprising on such a poorly-designed website) and not really scintillating.

How was this site even found in the first place?

This is one of the worst lists I've seen though.

First and last time I'll visit that site, if it's a new site to me, I use TF's, motorsport, and a few other things to check the site's accuracy. This site is right up there with a spare prick at a wedding for usefulness.

I believe I found this linked on Digg's website, if I'm not mistaken? Sorry if everyone hated the article. I posted it due to the idiotic statements made and they made me chuckle. Not due to the articles whittiness, but just because it was....well....lame as most of you put it.
