Probably not, just due to how it actually transforms. Would be tough to do it as a “perfect transformation” without some spindly/fiddly bits. Unless you wanted a very blocky figure.
Yeah I'm interested in these. I generally prefer a perfect transformation but considering I've never handled a PT ride armor that I've enjoyed transforming, I'm OK with swapping some parts on these.
B2Five has a transforming set that's one 1:28 figure and a transforming vehicle for $30: B2Five K6 Jungle Speeder MK1K I'm really curious about these. I was hoping for a 3.75" size but I'm not ruling these out by any means. I'd love one of each for display.
Awww Hell Yeah! Thank you for finding/posting this! As others have noted, the usual B2Five size, i.e. 2.5 inches tall (or maybe more in armored up mode) Probably not Yes! Also, and off topic, I really was hoping the B2.5 Acid Rain line would have done better. I mean, there are a couple of pre-orders up at BBTS still, but no sign of those prototypes that happened a few years back. (Edit - I just checked the link and there were much farther along versions of the protypes that I was talking about)
Stupid question, anybody else have the bike and figure set from the GI Joe Pursuit of Cobra line that was released several years ago that was an obvious homage to ride armor?
I have a feeling Oritoy is actually planning to make a transformable Alpha Fighter that these B25 figures can sit in. Didn't dawn on me until I started thinking about why they went with this scale in particular.
I'd be totally down for this idea. In scale little transforming ride armors with an in-scale legioss. Sounds hot.
It would be the closest thing size-wise to the old Gakken if made. Just REALLY hope Oritoy uses ratchets if they do make it.

That would be amazing. I reckon once we see the finished versions of their Ride Armors we'll get a better idea of how a Legioss would look in their hands. Man, I haven't been excited for a Ride Armor toy since the Megahouse/CMs/Beagle era. Hopefully B25 can finally make one I really like.
I'm usually opposed to parts swapping but at a much smaller size, in some cases I accept it as it reduces fiddliness. I do like that the stand already has pegs to mount the swappable parts when not in use. I'm hoping these will be fun to play with and not fiddly at all.
That’s the key. Sentinel’s are fiddly but the price inherently makes them more display pieces, or at least just moderately mess around pieces, so the fiddly-ness can be rationalized. these need to be playable toys.
...ye gads, if these guys actually transform and are followed-up with compatible alpha and beta fighters, they'll be a dream toyline for me...
Me too....the sheer playability with an Alpha Fighter is enticing! Big fan of mecha with removable, articulated pilot/driver figures
