The bit about Bumblebee, Ratchet, Sideswipe, Einsteinbot, and Ferrari bot fighting Shockwave really reminds of the Iron Man/War Machine/Whiplash fight at the end of IM2. Which is cool. I can just those five trying to fight Shockwave, who has a clear advantage.

It actually looks like that's just supposed to represent a piece of a much larger whole. Look at all the blue all over the place. Seems to me the only thing you'll be seeing in this scene that you see in the youtube videos is the sky (and the ship, of course).

To me, it has the feel of a much larger ship crashing, with the lovebirds clinging on for dear life. Just speculation, obviously. Then again, if it's true, then whoever said it could be the Ark may be on to something...

 

That actually sounds kind of interesting, if true. In fact it almost sounds like a homage to

the Hate Plague.

Iron Man was such a dud.

Iron Man 2 was better, but the end fight was too quick, like Prime vs Fallen..too short.

 

I doubt it. The new camaro has been out for awhile. I wouldn't be too surprised if a few of the crew members had one of there own.

 

The windows aren't dark enough to be a Transformer.

 

I thought Iron Man was great.

 

I've been a huge Iron Man fan just as long as I've been a TF fan and I loved both movies. Though I personally think IM1 was a little better than IM2.

 

The games are not canon at all.

 

for most of every film/movie out of Hollywood video games, books, comic books, & tv series based on certain properties are usually always 100% non-cannon.

 

i was pretty sure of that. just throwing that idea out there. honestly, i am really hoping that shockwave isn't another chopper. yeah it was kinda cool in the game, but i would rather see him as something more original. we already had blackout. lets see something else.

 

This scene is odd because of all of the blue screen stuff, which wasn't as prevalent in Chicago. I'm guessing you can do more with a 3d camera.

TO ROGZILLA: Good observation! It would be nice to see Shockwave battle Megatron for leadership as they've done in the comics, only to have Shockwave be a herald of some sorts for Unicron. The mass of Unicron would be interesting to see. However, although Bay has said he wants to dig deeper, I don't think he'd end it on such a HUGE, potential $300M scale unless the budget and story called for it... JUST A THOUGHT!!!
