Astrotrain was designed to be Astrotrain, Sentinel was a secondary tooling. Octane and Blitzwing will look like themselves, Prime and Megatron are alternate toolings. There is no way they will just be a head and a gun change. It's not the first time they released the secondary tooling first.

Not sure exactly how much will need changing, but Blitzwing won't have Megatron's chest.

 

The least they can do is give Octane a new head, chest, and replace the sword with another gun

Blitzwing meanwhile will probably get rid of Megatron's iconic fusion cannon, give him a new chest, a new head, and also give him a sword and gun.

 

I'm hopin for a new nosecone for Octane myself.

 

Deluxe Seaspray/Cosmos or bust at this point, for me.

 

That Titan Master OP intrigues me. I bet his vehicle he comes with is his trailer and the head itself folds into a truck. I can see it now. Just fold the legs so they're fully 90°. The underside of the legs will have molded wheel bumps and the tips of the arms will have the front wheels. The only weird part would be that the titan master head would be completely visible, and the head that it turns into would basically just be an upside down truck, unless they can mold it in such a way that an upside down truck can look like a face too.

 

Can they release a Titan Master Galvatron so that I can put a properly colored purple head.

 

My guess what they're going for here is an Optimus Head on a Titanmaster that looks like a shrunk down Optimus body, so red arms & body, blue head & legs.

 

Or the legs are the front of the truck.

 

They'd have to redo tank mode, as right now that fusion cannon is the core of his turret.

 

It actually just sits on top of the stubby little tank barrel. It has nothing to do with the turret itself.

I imagine they'd just retool the barrel to be longer, or give him a different gun to go over it.

Now reading Hasbro product code numbers isn't an exact science, and there's been some odd ones recently. But GENERALLY, if you look at UPC/EAN barcode list for modern Transformers toys, similar Hasbro product numbers mean the same wave. So lets brake those numbers back up again - we'll call the c1100 numbers Wave 4 and the c2390 numbers wave 5. We'll assume Hasbro keeps the same number of toys in the assortments that they have done recently (4 Titanmasters, 3 Legends, 4 Deluxe, 2 Voyagers, 1 Leader) which give us:

Working from the product numbers this looks right: all the NYCC revealed toys end up in Wave 4 with a few gaps. It's tempting to put Seaspray & Cosmos with Brawn to form a complete wave but grouping the product numbers suggests they're in the next one. Obviously this method isn't 100% reliable, take Broadside's number for example which shows odd number can creep in.

However that leaves a few toys to be revealed by Toyfair which should be on sale about then or very soon after for the Wave 4s

 

I bet we get something like the Roller that came with Legends Class Prime.

I would like that but TM faces are much smaller than voyager faces.

 

They could fill in those question marks with toys for previous waves.

 

aside from leaders and revision cases, I don't think they've been carrying things forward like that recently, generally a wave has been a wave.

 

I thought Sixshot was in Wave 3 since preorders for him are up.
