    haha, second picture shows you exactly how they faked the image, you can see 2 thin wires attached to Convoy so that hewont fall :p

    Now I see what people are talking about w/ the truck mode! No...just no *shakes head*.
    The only poses I've seen this figure w/ that I've liked is the mid-air flight poses, in-which you can sort of hid little things that are just off w/ the figure.

    Other than that, pass for me.

    Also... that image looks like it was very poorly Photoshopped, I wonder what their deal is. One of their product artists needs to be re-educated or something.

    That being said... I know where MY tax refund is going!

    Awesome bot mode. I love how his rifle and axe clip inside the trailer.

    That vehicle mode though is horrible. Makes the RM version look decent!

    The 'bot mode is just too good to pass up. But... Man that's one ugly mess of a truck. Not as bad as the RM truck, but bad. At least it's small.

    I'd kill to see them take one more crack at G1 convoy and put the focus on the truck... make any nessisary sacrifices to the 'bot mode.

    ive got masterpiece convoy.. i dont need this one.
    i like it, even tho it has imperfect bits
    But i think making War Within Prime.. wouldve been sicker.

    OK, I need to ask: what's so wrong with RM G1 Convoy truck mode?

    THS-02 looks worse in truck mode, IMHO.

    Edit: just realized I'm agreeing with you guys, but still want to know what's so bad about RM G1 Convoy truck mode.

    Rm Primes truck mode looks like it has a mouth. Looks like THS convoy was wort by the parts of his design that have his chest open and the hand design. Thats what happens when you try and be different

    In person RM prime didn't look that bad in vehicle mode ... esp compared to this! I guess Ill take the money I would have spent on this and put it towards the transforming MP Prime Trailer.

    I love the pic of robot Prime being repaired in his vertical trailer; it reminds me so much of the Steve Austin toy being repaired in his Bionic Space Rocket! :) 

    ...not that I'm That old. :(

    what i just don't get: for as incredible as the engineering and articulation look, and as "off" as the truck mode looks, coouldn't they have done something just a little bit diiferent to the proportions of the chest? it's ruining the whole thing for me :(

    I'd have to agree. It looks like if they just pulled the chest back slightly or made the forearms just a bit longer so that everything is flush, his alt-mode would be great. With the size projected for this figure, we're only talking fractions of an inch to change. MP Prime suffers from the exact same problem, and that is my biggest problem with his alt-mode too. Though it is slightly less noticible on MP Prime due to the size.

    I still plan on picking this one up though, as the robot mode looks amazing for its size. The G1-style trailer and accesories are nice touches too, and really complete the figure as well as the homage.

    Totally getting that toy, after having passed on the THS Galaxy Convoy when it first came out, then eventually buying it, then loving it, I'm going to take a chance on this one. Yes the vehicle mode is disappointing to say the least but still, the robot mode and everything else looks great.

    Cant wait :thumb

    Pass. I'd rather have Alternators Optimus. Alternate modes are important to me. Not necessarily realistic ones, but convincing.

    Maybe once someone from here actually has the toy and in Truck mode it looks actually quite good then there might be a differn't opinion
    As blown up pics always show the flaws
    But id have to agree Galaxy convoy ths-01 looks a hell of a lot better as i have 1
    But to many convoys
