Sorry for starting two threads in one day, but i got to thinking about the Walmart Exclusive Ramjet and Skywarp soon to be released. I definitley plan on getting them but it got me thinking. Would you want to see Dirge and Thrust maybe released down the road as another exclusive?

 

Naw. I think that Mov1e seeker mold isn't that hot.

 

Yeah I'm a sucker for seekers even if the mold isn't the best. I'd buy a Sunstorm too.

 

IMO Ramjet,Thrust and Dirge Should use the movie 1 mold while Starscream,Thundercracker and Skywarp should use the new ROTF mold.


The old mold works good with ramjet.

 

The nosecone behind the head on the movie 1 mold is perfect for the coneheads. But the regular seekers should be the movie 2 mold.

I'd honestly like to see the new Starscream mold get some Seeker repaints. Though It would complete the set if they were to repaint the first one into Dirge and Thrust, which, tbh, isn't something I'm worried about. I personally would like to see the new version repainted into Skywarp and Ramjet, although we'd have to wait at least a while before that could happen, due to the Walshit exclusives using the first SS mold.

YES!!! I love the movie 1 seeker mold. just not as starscream, its way better as Skywarp or Ramjet. my dads going to pick Ramjet up for me in californnia.

Their are still plenty of seekers to make out of the Rotf mold. We could get all the rainmakers or sunstorm. So again I think the original 6 should be finished with the movie 1 mold

Ideally I'd like them to have new and totally different Voyager class molds; part of what I like about the movie universe is how different all of the TFs look from one another, and all the strange new designs that pop up.
More realistically though, I can't imagine they'd do that many new molds for characters that don't actually appear in the movie.

 

I'm probably gonna think twice now about picking Skywarp and Ramjet up for that 30 dollar price tag. But how knows. If i can't get anything else, maybe I'll pick them up.

 

1 in that original mold was more than enough. I won't touch any of the variants with the old mold. If they start releasing them in the new one, then I might bite. Still iffy though... that body is distinctly Movie SS, and until I see other characters in that skin, I'm not buying in. Like the Smokescreen repaint of Jazz...not working for me - that's Jazz.
