To think there's going to be a lot revealed is too optimistic for me. I think someone on social media will best Hasbro Pulse or their Insta to the punch.

I can just imagine what Hasbro will reveal:

-deluxe Megatron shown here(which is a veer clever and fitting retool, I'm normally opposed to non-movie figures in movie lines but this is an exception)

-Nitro

-leader Optimus repaint from TF4(because lazy and will probably forgot they already showed it in Toy Fair and think the silver paint will make people forget that Takara has the superior Armor Knight tooling with way better paint)

-unarticulated Isabella Moner figure

-MPM Optimus

 

Can you give sources for this info? I would be extremely interested to hear more about those canceled dreads. As for Dino, my understanding is that his figure was canceled due to Mattel having the exclusive rights to Ferrari toys at the time.

And for the record, stinger DID get a deluxe figure, it was a repaint of bumblebee only released in Japan, but it was still a deluxe figure.

Which were all exclusives. Which is my point. No old molds have ever been sold as part of the main line. Only as exclusives. There are a ton of examples of this.

Generations deluxe Megatron is most likely an exclusive.

 

For the record the us and the rest of the world were going get a Hasbro stinger.

As for the dark of the moon figures they were going to get released as part of the cancelled movie trilogy line.

 

Yeah, I know, would have been an actual pagani too. Ya know some day I'd like to see hasbro do a line where they go back and release all the canceled figures and "this would have happened but the line was cancelled" prototypes from over the years (the ones not tied up in licensing).

 

Megatron comes in all three size classes (Leader, Voyager, Deluxe)?!? "Rethink your heroes" indeed!

Also, not seeing where Nitro is a Shockwave remold at all. Either way, he looks awesome (both these toys do really).

 

Then again, None of those exclusives never had a newly-tooled head.

 

You've been a real debby downer when it comes to Leaks, and Hasbro reveals for a while. Like I'm not saying you aren't wrong, but every time it comes up you like it's always going end in dissapointment and hope is useless.

So basically 50% of the line is mediocre redecos? Not too impressed. I\'ll probably get the voyager optimus and megatron and maybe that dragon guy and the combiner, but nothing else interests me.

 

Provided Cylon Megatron here is legit, That will be one movie toy I will shoot for. Hopefully it isn't packaged with something unpalatable. If there's a Primus, it'll be packaged with FOC Jazz in Ricochet's colors.

How about the Target exclusive deluxe Space Case?

 

The Megatron at least is a TRU exclusive. It has a "decodable glyphs" call-out for the Mission to Cybertron campaign, something we've only previously seen on the definitely-a-TRU-exclusive Infernocus.

Mission to Cybertron being the theme for the TRU exclusives would make sense, considering they have the big Cybertron playset.

 

Pity Nitro isn't Shockwave, but he still looks awesome. Glad he's getting a toy.

 

There is a contingent, small yet vocal as it is, that isn't terribly fond of official HasTak stuff.

Personally, I have room in my heart for Hasbro, TT, and 3P, but not everyone is so egalitarian.

 

Do we actually know how many waves are there in TLK (deluxe and voyager) for regular retail?

 

All I care is that the line isn't 90% three step changers like AoE. God, that was frustrating.

 

Well, the TLK is 60% AOE repaints , 20% AOE characters in new body, 10% DOTM in new body (berseker) and 10% new character so far  

Joke aside, I just realized that we perhaps only saw repaints at the toyfair so we wouldn't be spoiled too much.
Nitro gives hope to see a few more decepticons made
