I think these pics are new. Definitely confirms the gun mode stands.

 

God that looks absolutely fantastic. So glad I ordered 2.

 

I 2nd that... I usually don't order two of anything since I lack both the room and funds to do so, but this was an exception!

 

The best thing about this set? The stickers are pre-applied.

 

This is fuckin bad-ass! Though I wonder why the pre-applied decals as opposed to leaving it up to the buyer to apply? If anyhting, wouldn't it cut the cost from the labor and into the collectors hands!?

 

awesome justr fecking awesome and this calms my nerves as this set looks like it doesn't have the earlier reported issues. I still want a review though. preferably from peaugh or vangelus

 

From this set of images, it does appear that Overbite has his own body color that's different from the rest of the Seacons... it's just not the original shade of dark purple. That's odd.

 

i gotta say, this year has been good for us! Piranacon and Predaking!

 

First thought: Wow. That's a lot pinker than the original...
Second thought: Dammit. It has stickers instead of painted apps...

 

Stickers & G1 go together like chocolate & peanut butter. Two great tastes that taste great together.
 

 

Ugh. I hated stickers on my G1 toys, and I hate them even more now because they're unnecessary with the way things can be tampographed on. Especially faction symbols.

 

Indeed! if they rereleased Liokaiser this year as well people you lose their ever loving minds!

 

Slag. Now I'm wanting to preorder a second set!

I noticed that too---earlier, I thought they'd simply cut down the total number of colors, and made Overbite's body match his accents. But no, these pics show they changed the Decepticon-purple parts to ALMOST match the other bits, creating an all-new magenta-ish color for 4 or 5 parts for no apparent reason...

 

and Snap Trap has an all green head now instead of black in these pics

Snap Trap's head is the worst part of this set.  

 

That is the final product and i have no problem with it as it prevents any one from trying to pass it off as a legit g1 set.

 

Unless you're displaying them individually, the color of Snap Trap's head really isn't relevant.

Regardless, this set just oozes quality. All six members, all individual weapons and stands, G1 art on individual character cards, shiny chrome sword and chest piece. So a few colors are off, if that's the only thing we can complain about then we have it pretty good.
