complete load of crap, but an entertaining idea...what if the autobots and humans worked together to develop more combat appropriate alt modes...hence the race cars with all the guns...

 

When I saw the pics I immediately thought of Onslaught, but Michael Bay never gave a rat's ass about what the transformers used to look like with the exception of Prime, so why should he start now?

Just for fun - Huffer

Thought I'd throw this out there for fun. The first thing I thought about was Huffer. Why? Because I just got the new Power Core Combiners Huffer this weekend, and this looks a bit like that toy in both color tint and cab shape.

I lean more Octane here, though.

 

Considering that several Transformers had different incarnations while having the same name, I don´t see how this is Bay´s fault.

Like I once said, it´s Hasbro´s property, they can name it "Mr.Happy Go Truck" for all I care. There´s nothing we can do against it.

 

I have my doubts about this vehicle being a Transformer, or one of the Wreckers if it is a robot. The Wreckers are transformed to have access to their spikes an' guns an' stuff. This truck just has stuff welded on, with spikes punched through the fuel tank. Totally different.

 

Yeah, it's most definately not a Wrecker. But I still think it's a TF. I don't think a normal vehicle would be THIS pimped out. I'll be surprised if this turns out to be an Autobot as well, but who knows after the Wreckers.

 

I'm thinking it might be Onslaught, but definately a 'Con at any rate. I don't think Bay would want another semi stealing Optimus' thunder.

My guess is this will give Prime something of equal size to match whatever Prime's hiding in his own trailer.

I'm not totally convinced about the Wreckers theory, either. They're just too small!

One thing's for sure - even if the movie sucks, the toys are gonna be badass.

 

Unless the plot of the third film is that the Decepticons are going to be warriors for a change and they have managed to defeat the human military. Once the military is beaten in sci fi films then it's pretty much everyone for themselves because the cavalry isn't going to show up and save the day.

I think Bay might have even hinted at this in an interview when he was saying the good guys can't just call in an air strike or backup this time.

It's got to be either Onslaught (Military Vehicle) or Scourge (was a tanker semi in the armada series).

Hands crossed for Onslaught cause that means Bruticus!!!

How about new alt mode for Megatron?

 

Would of been a good idea at the start of the franchise but now none of the Decepticons are in hiding (Megatron pretty much shouted out they exsist to the world) So this is probably an Autobot or a human drive vehicle. The Decepticons have barely any need to hide.

 

^ Tactics change. Especially when you get your butt handed to you. Twice.

 

If that is a Decepticon that would be some trouble for Prime.
