Omelete just revealed more information about the plot. Sounds pretty cool.

    http://omelete.uol.com.br/cinema/transformers-4-era-da-extincao-da-frigideira

Four years after the Battle of Chicago, the government is using reverse-engineered leftover technology to build their own Transformers. Joshua (Stanley Tucci) is an arrogant designer who believes the Autobots are "pieces of junk" and creating his own robots is a form of art. He's fills basically the same role as Agent Simmons from the previous trilogy.

Cade Yeager (Mark Wahlberg) is a widowed inventor who lives in a farm with his daughter Tessa (Nicola Peltz), unaware that she's dating a race car driver, Shane (Jack Reynor). Cade finds a piece of Cybertronian technology and takes it back to his farm, but it is accidentally activated, leading the government and alien bounty hunters to his farm. The bounty hunters (it's unclear if they're connected to the Decepticons) have antigravity weapons which they use to abduct Tessa. In another scene, an entire transatlantic cruise ship is raised out of the ocean and crosses through a busy intersection while the protagonists are in the middle of a car chase.

Sophia Myles is playing Darcy, Joshua's assistant and an archaeologist. Cade, Tessa, Shane, Joshua and Darcy are the main human character, and the main subplot is Shane trying to prove his worth to Cade. Also, Cade addresses Bumblebee as "Bee" and calms him down when Joshua trash-talks him, indicating he might be Bumblebee's new owner.

Titus Welliver's character, Savoy, is the leader of a team of agents sent by Harold Attinger (Kelsey Grammer) to capture the protagonists.

Omelete is very reliable. Collider is partners with them, they'll probably publish it in their website later today.

Eh. Interesting, wish we learned more about the robots. If only the media would treat them as characters too.

The thing is the public doesn't know that much about the transformers, they know they exist but they don't know their true motives ( unless they read Simmons book or something) but they don't know about any of the artifacts such as the cube, matrix, or pillars so due to human nature when we find something that looks cool we mess with it because we don't know what it is

My comment was more of a flippent remark on there being ANOTHER accidental activation story, But yes that is human nature. The strange bit really is that they are so easily activated by just anyone, anytime. Like Megatrons Navigation system being in his hand for some reason (or so it looked to me!)

Ok so if I translated that into English correctly it says "The impression is that even after the complete exchange of the cast (not military core led by Josh Duhamel remains)"
Could this mean nest still exist and could josh duhamel still work there

aaaaaaaaaannnndddd that's it for me on spoilers. Sounds crazy enough for me to believe. The part about the
    cruise ship
, if true, will definitely be a money shot in the trailers. But that's it. I'm done on any possible spoilers. I don't wanna be spoiled rotten like I was for DOTM :lol

I would imagine not, and that wouldn't make too much sense story-wise anyway. NEST was known (at least, by those who knew it) to work with the Autobots. If the Autobots are now seen as evil through public image, wouldn't NEST be disbanded?

    Can confirm the news about Tessa with picture evidence;

"have antigravity weapons which they use to abduct Tessa"

"an entire transatlantic cruise ship is raised out of the ocean and crosses through a busy intersection"
    - Either one of the Decepticons has a ship with anti-gravity or this is Unicron messing around...

That could be so but NEST's main goal is to kill the decepticons so with or without the autobots they still have a job to do so maybe NEST still exist just not with the assistance of the autobots

They'll probably wipe out NEST and replace it with a new Autobot-hunting force. Same fashion that they got rid of Sector 7. I mean, they could have simply allowed the Autobots to work with them, but instead S7 is scrapped and replaced.

This sounds like a description of stuff from a sizzle reel or something... which means there might be one out there...
