Dont think its graciousness, more like its not worth the effort to pull a Bandai unless they feel they are directly affecting Hasbro's money. Then again playing the long game works in their favor as cost continue to rise in China and it's the only place they can really operate and avoid legal ramifications.

Well I don't think this Zeta will eat out of MP's considering that MP is licensed as well as a proper length train instead of the SD-styled trains here.

First, Takara “did it first” way back in the 1980s. Second, you’re going by when the toys were publicly announced and not when actual development began.

Third-parties obviously keep an ear to what Takara is doing internally. And they don’t have the rigorous testing and budgeting steps Takara does, so they can move faster. It’s why I’m not surprised we got three MP Menasors a year or two before HasTak’s new Stunticons were leaked.

Your post about the hands made it sound like you still didn't believe that they are the same.

That's your opinion and I respect that.
    Actually, you're right.
If someone argues with me and reasserting their opinion, I just agree.

    Really?
Last time i checked, Zeta Moonwalk was on LA TFCon dated Mar 2019.

Takara Raiden was twitted Dec 2019.

But you know what, I will not argue with you and I will say, you are right.

Again, I have said nothing on this IP matter, get that through your skull. My Hasbro loyalty comment was directed at someone who very much is loyal to them and has always shown they are and they are a chore to argue with. And if you notice, it Ain't you. So cool it.

I'm expecting the TT one's to be smaller, maybe even following their Shinkalion train scale, hopefully isn't too far off from 1:60 scale

Yes please, at least it would be on topic, unlike my above comment :p

I'm torn on this or the MP. What's your average Moon/Zeta complexity?

I can personally attest that Vortex and Swindle were hella easy to transform.

I’ve always liked Zeta’s transformations. Usually pretty intuitive and not very complex. At least Superion was that, plus having the torso as a separate piece really simplified the process.

I keep going back and forth on getting these train bots. I keep adjusting what my end point of MP collecting will be. First I was just G1 Season's 1-3. Then added US Headmasters Rebirth, now includes Japanese Headmasters, Masterforce and Victory series but without the Headmasters non-US bot's, now I am leaning towards adding Soundblaster, Blue Blaster, and the train bots, which I had drawn a line against getting. It's getting hard to resist damn it.

Mainly $$ and space, I have other bills that take priority that I'd like to pay off. I didn't really care about these characters before, but watching fan voice dubs of them recently made me like them more. I wasn't really a fan of the Japanese voices with subtitles, and Singapore English Dub versions.

    I'm waiting/hoping for an MP JRX/Rail Racer.

Until then I continue slowly building my action-master version:

I'd be in for some MP RID '01/Car Robots stuff. If I had to say to keep an eye on any company in regards to that... Fans Hobby? They seem to somewhat rapidly be increasing their hold on the more somewhat obscure stuff with the Unicron Trilogy (Armada Prime out now, Megatron following up soon and Energon Prime confirmed with physical prototypes), so I wouldn't be surprised if we see them go for some RID stuff sooner or later.

Pretty good if you look at the previous Zeta releases. If you wait another year, you’ll probably get an even nicer version that is fully painted in the correct colours.
