We'll just have to wait and see. As of right now, Kinglion & Dasirius #1 are about to go through the next to last stage before being at the final stage of production..

 

These trainbots are surprisingly nice to handle and mess with. They feel sturdy, and the transformation isn’t too finicky. And they look better in real life than in YouTube videos. I can’t wait for the rest of this set.

 

Glad you like them. Time to continue on with the team. Whoo whoo!!! Lol

 

If I understood correctly it is only 6 releases for the 8 member team which will speed it up somewhat rather than having to wait through 2 more releases to come out.

 

That actually makes sense when you think about it since Kinglion & Thorilla both come with the feet for Thundeking..

 

Welp, after being delivered to the wrong address by FedEx (yay) I finally have my train boys. I haven't had a chance to transform them yet but they feel nice and sturdy (maybe a bit too sturdy, if that's such a thing). They're maybe not quite as refined feeling as, say, a Fans Toys release, but they're at least comparable to Deformation Space Starscream, who I love, so I'm happy.

Only downside, Getseui/Dark Knight is missing a headlight. I'll probably ask BBTS CS if they can get me a replacement part, but it's not a big deal if they can't.

 

Love the sarcasm in the first part lol. Anyways, glad you like them and hopefully BBTS can help you with that. I find it funny though on how the price for those two on TFSource is up to $130 & $140 after the first initial release and the first rerun. Yikes!..

 

At least TFS still has the remaining four at $109.99. ShowZ on the other hand has raised ALL of the remaining trains up to $119.99 and the first two up to $124.99. They're all having fun jacking up prices.

TCP has Ice Land and Dark Knight at $114.99 and the rest still at $109.99.

 

Oh, what fun lol. The remaining 4 may still be at $109.99 currently, but all that's gonna change after the first couple of runs of them. This is gonna be one interesting year indeed for ALL collectors..

 

PO-ing the whole set back in December was kinda ballsy but looks like it might pay off. (That is, as long as they don't do a second run with mold/deco improvements  )

 

Lol. Yeah, I wasn't happy that I had to go to a neighbor's house to pick them up. I felt like a damn porch pirate, especially since they had a video doorbell and a security camera (I left a note and spoke with a neighbor to dispel any misconceptions about why I was there).

Anyway, I preordered the next two on TCP just now. I guess I'm all in.  

 

Well that was unfortunate. Hopefully the misunderstanding was cleared up. There's an old saying that goes, "Once you enter, there's no turning back," which is why I'm seeing this all the way through..

 

There was no real misunderstanding, so to speak, I'm just trying to mind all my p's and q's, as they say. I've gotten a lot of packages for this address in the past, so it's not that unusual.

Anyway, I think I like Dark Night more than Ice Land, from the brief time I've been able to handle them thus far, and that's pretty much the exact opposite of what I was expecting.

 

Dark Night is a bit of a challenge, but a fun one. My only gripe about him is in foot mode. He doesn't lay flat like Ice Land does, but not a deal breaker. Just looking forward to seeing the next 2 in line and still waiting to see Green Zone in color. We already have the first 2 in hand and the first 5 in color. It won't be much longer though..

 

Almost a month later and Dark Knight has arrived!!!
The build quality is so good and I just ordered Ice Land.

 

How do these guys scale with other Masterpiece figures? Any pics?

 

They are as tall as MP-10.
