I am sorry for your misfortune there. Seems like there's a bit of issue here with these fellas. But it'll all sort itself out. While we're on here, I have 2 questions. 1.) I noticed that in the early color rendering of the combined mode for Raiden, the wheels were left out instead of pulled down on the back of the feet and were also displayed outside on Iron Arm. Is it optional to have the wheels that way or do they have to be a specific way and 2.) Is it me or is the whole top part from front to back of Dark Night facing in the wrong direction? If you ask me, I think the smoke stack up top on the back would actually be where the front is..

 

The combined mode looks so cool.

 

I'm not sure what you mean by the first part. One of the steps to transform the leg bots is to flip down the wheels, yes.
As for the second part; look at Kaens real life mode. The "front" is much longer than the "back".

Lol, the circled areas in both the black and white and colored sketches show the wheels in combined mode, but in the instructions for Dark Night & Ice Land, they say to tab the wheels down in the back of the leg mode to "hide" them. I decided to show the wheels in leg mode, instead of "hiding" them (if that makes sense). And the parts I circled on Iron Arm in combined mode show the wheels sticking out as well in the lower torso. Is it optional to have the wheels sticking out in combined mode on Dark Night, Ice Land & Iron Arm or do they have to be "hidden"?..

 

You can have the wheels up or down, if you have them in the down position you can store the robot mode gun there as well...

 

Decisions, decisions lol. It's good to have storage, so having them down works. On the other hand, they look fancier with the wheels up. I'll figure it out lol. Still curious about the arm bots..

 

Sorry for that man. That being said this is a awfully unstable connection if you consider the weight it has to carry later on.

I'm getting closer and closer to dropping my Takara preorders and ordering these. The cheapest prices I'm seeing are $109, at both BBTS and showz, which surprised me. Is there anywhere cheaper?

 

All I can tell you is good luck hunting. It depends on where you look. TFs these days don't come cheap, especially in the 3P and MP range of figures..

 

Didn't I see some people were getting 2 figures for $175 somewhere?

TF-Direct is great! I preordered the remaining Cang Preds (both sets) from them, along with a couple things from them in the past and I'll tell you, based on past experience, they are worth it..

So o have a question. For Dark Knight (Getsuei) is there an autobot symbol for him in train mode in couldn't find one on the internet. So if any knows off the top of their head or watched the show, could you tell me where it is?

Hey just a head up for dark knight. The high light bulbs can fall out. I finally got around to flipping mine between modes today and I about lost two of them. I had to put a vacuum on my carpet for 10 minutes to look for them and I super glued them in. I popped the other two out and glued them. If the ones in the feet ever popped out that'd blow

Also, ice land, I was flipping it back and the leg panel was missing its pin between the green and white panels. I don't think It woulda just fell out but idk. Strange.

 

I've watched that show during my childhood and for the life of me, I can't remember where on Getsuei I saw that symbol..
