Doesn't look like the artist have any problem with it. Sorrel Verda by ~reveriesky on deviantART In the comment some guy said "Your guy in the show or at least in the weapons are", Artist reply with "Ahaha I doubt Ren is as mean as Sorrel but they do both take themselves very seriously". So I think, Monty is good
Not sure what Pyrrha sees in Jaune, but they've got a cute thing going so far. Episode was a little short this week, but definitely some great little moments. Should be some real badassness next week. Hopefully. They're kinda drawing this out a bit.
Is it just me, or are they trying to do too many things at once, and in the process, not actually getting anything done at all? They've introduced several new characters, including one of the main ones, without really giving them any actual character other than surface personality, and gone through one night at beacon in four episodes. Jaune still has no real reason to be in the series at all, since only the most talented got invited to the academy. Yeah, it's probably just me.
Beats me, although some speculate the statue Jaune looks at in the intro is his great-grandfather, meaning he has to keep up the family reputation of being badasses. In other news, RWBY is now on CrunchyRoll.
HOLY SHMOKES Crunchyrolls actually streaming the series. Crunchyroll - RWBY Full episodes streaming online for free HUZZAH no choppy buffering anymore.
Even though this show is cliche in more ways than one, I honestly love it. The show has made it to my top 5 favorite shows of all time.
Snake fight was epic, and oh, look. More things they're throwing into the pot. Auras and replicating demons. Wonderful.
It's very cliche... but fun. The weapons and combat in particular. Course that's Monty Oum's thing so... they did good in both hiring him for RvB... and eventually creating his own series. Might have one too many characters though.
