    I used a Star Wars Black series Resistance Admiral Akbar with some parts swapping, a repaint, and a cloth cape and turned him into a Mon Calamarian Sith Lord.

    Maybe a red line between the yellow and black of his eyes

    I do really like this idea, considering what the empire did to the people of mon cala (legends) I can see a force sensitive mon calamari growing up with hatred and turning to the dark side, but still fighting against the empire, using hatred and anger to avenge his people

    Perfect bro!
    If you are going to do more, you could go Raddus' route with the pale and dark colours on the skin, and maybe Sith eyes? But he's epic as is!

    He became estranged with the Jedi and turned to dark side abilities, but I don't believe he ever fully committed himself to the dark side. But I could be wrong.

    Still a Darth. Also, Palpatine didn't look very Sithy until after his battle with Mace.
