    I pee in my yard all the time, so the thought of getting a $2500 ticket for it I kinda find hilarious. But writing a ticket for a toddler is just plain stupid.

    Maybe the court will find the child to be sex offender too, and make him go around his neighbor telling everybody that he is pederast.

    Yeah, this seems like a case where a warning would have been sufficient.

    If the public can see you, then it's public. The same reason it's PUBLIC nudity if someone goes and stands in their front yard naked.

    And this, folks, is why REAL crime is on the rise. Cops are ticketing a mother for allowing her son to heed the call of nature, while on the other side of town, someone's either getting murdered or peddling drugs.

    But hey, let's get a 3 year old a record. (I know he didn't get it, I'm just being a jerk about it.)

    And people wonder why I have ZERO respect for cops. They used to be someone to look up to when I was a kid...over 20 years ago. I don't know what happened between then and now, but they suck and they're sometimes more dangerous than the people they claim their stopping.
