I want to work on making another cosplay costume, but I want to mold and cast my body parts first. Should I mold and cast my whole body at once or do one body part at a time? I would really appreciate all the help I can get. What materials should I use? Where can I get them? I don't want to have to spend a fortune on this. If you know any cheaper and easier ways of doing molding and casting please share with me.

I think it all depends on what your end product is going to be.

I've used paper mache to good ends. Just wrap the appendage in plastic wrap, apply enough mache to be solid, let it dry then use bandage scissors to cut it off. The hardest part is making a muscle most of the drying time so you have room to move.
