I picked it up on eBay for $23 shipped (bababobo00712). 11 days from ordered to delivered (US east coast). Stock head just pops off the ball peg and the new one pops back on. It takes a little more effort than you'd expect to pop the new head on, so be careful where you apply pressure since there are so many moving parts in the torso of this figure. Head functions exactly like the original, except that the internal details have been replaced by the electronics for the LEDs. Batteries are included and installed already. Switch is on the back and is easily activated. Push the button once and the eyes fade into full illumination for a few seconds, then fade back out to darkness and repeats until you press the button again. Press it again and the eyes light up to max and stay on until you press the button again, which shuts it all down. The activation options are a really nice touch, IMO. The addition faces are self-explanatory... they work like the original, but might be slightly easier to replace since the peg is shorter. On my copy, a few of the faces have some minor plastic flashing, but hardly a dealbreaker.

It also came with a weird plastic stand... not sure what it would be used for. It ends in a large C-clip pointing straight up.

 

This has been mentioned in the MP36 KO threads but don't recall a seperate thread for this add on kit. The C clip is for holding the gun up, resting the barrel on it when it's transformed

I picked this up a few weeks ago also; I got it for like $18 shipped on eBay. I like the set; the grey is ever so slightly off but no one will be able to tell unless you're actually looking for it. I'm glad they included all the faces and the light is great. A+ set for me.

Damn. Another lightup add-on that I will probably never use but nonetheless will almost certainly end up buying.

Standing next to Prime with his lightup eyes and matrix should be very cool .

We need a battle damage Optimus Prime add-on kit for MP-10 like Megatron has.

Imagine the movie scene you could make?  

 

Can the yellow eyes from the toy head be swapped with the red ones so you can have the toon head with yellow eyes instead of red?

 

A direct swap would not be possible. If you look at the 2nd photo, you can see how different the face molds are and how different the translucent plastic pieces are. It may be possible with some custom work, though.

I hope they make this for NE-01 Megamaster like KBB did for MPP-10, with the articulated hands too!!

 

Anyone have this head on the IT Megs? If so mind posting some pics?

 

Does anyone that has this kit known if it works with the Infinite Transformation or THF KO versions?
