Weird choice with Megs backplate. They could have incuded the back cover for Soundwaves altmode one of the KOs had.

 

People were highly pissed that their first upgrade set only worked on the IT Emperor.

 

I really need to get the Megatron cannon and this. I bet they have an eye on the v3 Prime for an English upgraded accessory too in time.

 

This makes the US MP Soundwave a little more appealing, if that’s the most affordable thing when I get around to him.

Though, I would guess that head works with any of the KO Soundwaves, too, since I don’t think any of them oversized.

 

EEEEeeeeexcellent. I was always bummed that I missed out on nonnef's SW eye swap parts. The MP36 light up head was perfect with the use of white LEDs and so far it seems a little superior to the Shadow Fisher light up parts since their plastic is not opaque (lots of light bleed).

I'm gonna need one in black too.

 

Very interested in this as I missed the nonnef SW eye swap as well. Even though I own soundblaster and can just switch the two around, the fact that they're glued together scares me from trying, so this will be an easy switch.

It seems that there are some light bleed at the bottom of the crest just above visor, not too bad, but I might be able to negate most on it.

 

So what's the cassette for?

Model 002 Upgrade Kit for MP-13 Masterpiece Soundwave.
Kit should be compatible for the various MP-13 KOs as well.

Kit includes:
1. Replacement red and yellow eyes with light up function. Light options include steady light and blinking light. Screwdriver included for head assembly.
2. Chest cassette accessory with English and Chinese voice clips.
3. Soundwave gun with light up function and sound effect.
4. Replacement backplate specifically for Takara's MP-36 Masterpiece Megatron.

No word of a kit in MP-13B Soundblaster colors as of yet.

The Megatron kit was great. As such, I'm definitely in on this one. I kinda wish there were more faces like the Megatron kit, but then again, I'm not sure what they'd look like.

I wonder how the cassette activates, especially when it's inside his chest. I hope the gun transforms like the original.

 

Especially since IT Emperor came with the backplate. XD

 

I was, and am. I can't for the life of me get that damned plate to fit my official, and sold the canon off because the unmatched black to officials more gunmetal color. If they rerelease it with the officials coloring, I'll be even more annoyed. -_-

 

They should offer vouchers.

If this kit comes with the plate, ill sell mine off dirt cheap.
