    This looks awesome. MMC has been killing it lately. Dai Atlas is a large character. How tall will he be? You can see here, Cyclonus is dwarfed by Dai Atlas.

    His size won't be finalized until his prototyping is further along. But I expect he'll be somewhere in the 10 to 11 range like Tor.

    It would be super cool if MMC also gave us a Roadfire and sonic bomber done in the IDW style, i know that they have not shown up in the comics but it would be cool to give us these characters done in the spirit of IDW, one can only dream.

    I wonder if the takara official has made anyone reconsider this?

    While this is obviously going to be a more impressive figure, I imagine the official will be “good enough” for some people.

    I actually forgot about this. I’m getting the Legends release, but I’d buy a Brave Goryu or Universe King Atlas inspired redeco of this on the slim chance either were to be made.

    Takara has 3 figures though. I think there's no question this will be better looking and better made, but I bet the TT one will be more fun. Those are some really good molds TT is using.

    The official Dai Atlas fits much better into a Classics display and comes with two more Zone figures to boot so I think it has more value for your buck.
