I don't want to contradict what LazyAza said, but imo, it looks more like a unused feature. Usually "ribs" are used to reinforce thin pieces of plastic, but that "slot" doesn't look like a rib.

yeah unused feature possible too but no idea what it could have been for in that area of Incursus, doesn't make sense why it would need rails in that spot given how the primary parts fold up inside him.

Asian release came in bot mode, US release came in alt mode. Depends on the seller really.

What was the point of that? Also it's made it really hard to get videos of them being transformed to reference since the instructions suck.

That's kinda odd. I prefer the Asian box tho. I digitized the box art as my phone wallpaper.

Yeah it's weird fraudo instructions comes from bot mode > Leg mode > Vehicle mode. While more logical step should be bot mode > vehicle mode > leg mode.
Kinda confused when my vehicle mode turned backward.

I know it’s been answered before, but are epoxy or superglue in the slots the best option for securing loose windows without staining? Multiple windows in my Impetus keep popping off, and I just got my Incursus - one of the front windows popped off as soon as I transformed it.

I would absolutely not use superglue anywhere near the clear parts. Superglue+clear=bad. I used model cement myself, very sparingly.

Yeah, just put superglue (a TINY amount) on the "pegs" of the window and push 'm in. Be sure to have a wipe ready that if any drop or runnage gets on the window, get it!

I really hate how good these look in robot mode. Buying the Zeta set was supposed to solve my Combaticons issue, but every time I see these guys individually, I think about buying them.

There’s just no room for however many versions of Stunticons and Combaticons though.

Its funny, i'm going through a similar thing, but i've just gone and bought them all.

I've got the UT ones (or was it dx9?) and the zeta, and neither set really makes me happy. The zeta does have amazing presence combined but its my least favourite of the 3 zeta/TW mp combiners, so im strongly thinking of going just for the all in mmc ones and having bots I can then flip into the different modes as I want.

The FT stunticons are a problem, I've got all 4 to date and they are some of my favourites so they are not going anywhere as they are just too nice. They might have to stay and scale be dammed.

Question- So I just got the reissue of Incursus, and the right shoulder combiner joint is at a slightly awkward angle and locked in place somehow, so it can't combine and can't close up all the way for truck mode. I literally cannot get it to flip down no matter what I do. Is there any way to open that shoulder up (preferably without knocking a tiny pin out) and see what's going on, or do I just return this sucker to BBTS? Any suggestions?

Don't know if it's specific only to the reissue, but it's definitely happened a few times recently. But---you're gonna need to remove that pin. See here: MMC OX Assaultus

And here: MMC OX Assaultus , MMC OX Assaultus

And here (a SIM-card tool worked great for the pin)---MMC OX Assaultus

Much appreciated! That SIM card tool is a genius idea. It's very strange, since it's completely locked, no play in either direction no matter how much force I put on it, short of shattering the shoulder entirely.

Yup. It's very secure, but just will not do that last "click".

I'll second @David Hingtgen comment: absolutely do not use superglue on or near clear plastic. Superglue will very likely fog up and whiten the plastic. If not immediately, then in time. It does so with regular plastic and will do so with clear plastic. Best not to use the stuff at all.
