Not loving onslaught the way i love the other 4. He’s so bulky. Still better than the competition though.

I noticed the same thing and confirmed with Planet Steel Express that, bizarrely, Incursus is scheduled before Volatus. Pretty odd given that the pre-order came way later.

Might be because we saw Onslaught before Blast Off. He just had a lot of decisions to be made in terms of his potential and later canceled two versions.

Cant wait to see this one fully combined. Mostly for scale comparisons.

Without all of those thigh and torso add-ons, Im sure this'll be around the same height as PotP Pred or CW Dev. Ive always felt that those two could blend well enoungh for MP standins, considering theyre just the bots combined. Some compare them to Zeta or Toyworld combiners but dont seem to take into account they have that 3-5in boost with the extras.

    Could be wrong, though....

I'm liking onslaught. Not loving, while I like his design his legs are too short. I think if the proportions were a tad better he could have been my favourite of the set, looks like for now vortex will remain the best in my eyes (though I think brawl might come out on top in the end). Still very excited, and glad this isn't shaping up to be a multi year weight for all the figures

I'm really liking how this set is shaping up. I replaced my UT set, which I recently sold, with Zeta's version who's currently in my display. As much as I love his shelf presence and overall look in combined mode, those individual bots.......ugh. I have Impetus already and Fraudo is on his way, think these guys might be the ultimate winners.

Also, quick question regarding Impetus. I've seen a few comments about a problem with him, what exactly is this problem? I transformed mine to robot mode with no issues, haven't tried arm mode.

Hmm, kinda wish i could get this Onslaught as a solo... I wonder how his articulation compares to RoadKing? @hardreturn ? Looks similar in capability.

    Paint finish similar too?

He looks huge compared to Vortex. I think much bigger than RoadKing right? Kinda cool actually.

Forgive me if this has been answered already, is there an estimate how tall the combined mode is with the add-on feet and without ? Also that swindle is perfect. I have to get at the very least, their version of Swindle.

    EDIT:
True the add-on feet don’t add much to the height but regardless just looking for official combined mode height with and without them.

From the looks of it the feet add maybe 1 cm to the height. They aren't platform shoes, more like flip flops

...alright man, you convinced me: respectable toy renditions, combiner wars devastator height, ooozing character, and, well, the combaticons were always my boys...not that i'd pass up eventual swindle and blast-off(slingshot) repaints, but i guess MMC's getting all my money in whatever case!..

No toy-colored head, for toy-version Onslaught?

::edit:: Gotta say, the final shade of olive-green is really nice.

Yeah, I'm trying to figure out where the faction symbol should even go on Onslaught here... for the cartoon version, I would think BELOW the chest plates, but there's not much real estate there to work with.
