UT allen is still a freaking mystery

 

Honestly, MMC has some of the best sculptors in the biz when it comes to faces. They absolutely nail the Alex Milne likenesses with the Reformatted line, as well. A number of other 3Ps don't seem to have that talent.

 

What accessories does he come with, I can't find anything listed on the sales sights. I know he comes with the gun and sword, but does he also come with the bomb and spear? I really want that spear.

Yeah you’re paint looks so much nicer on the faces. And his pose ability is fantastic. I don’t get how people who like fanstoys say it’s great display when this can display in more ways than it can.

Interesting on the fingers. I do like that far more at least.

Could we have the paint number for the "camay coat"?

 

The more I look at it, the more I like it. It's just a bit off for my taste. The face sculpt itself is fine, the eye shape and the nose don't do it for me. To me, the eyes are too round for a G1 look and the nose is wide which makes his face look wider than it is. It's super minor so I'll likely get over it and end up getting Saltus.

I'm not really into the OX head, I know this is strange since this is meant to be MMC's OX line but everything seems more based on G1 other than that OX head. Unless Ocular Max is supposed to be their line for G1 Masterpieces, I'm not really knowledgeable on MMC. I did a small shop to give an idea of what I would want, I couldn't get the eyes to be more angular so maybe someone can do a better job than me if they'd like.

Everytime I do something like this I usually appreciate the effort more since it comes so close to what I want ideally, it's a really good sculpt.

 

The eyes don't really bother me as much as the mouth. The white colour seems to indicate that he is smiling (showing his teeth) but TFs in G1 never had teeth. I know a lot of 3Ps make this mistake (FT gave their Galvatron teeth also).

I KINDA like what you did there. If they do that smile instead they will move even closer to Takara direction , add with a more sharp eye too. But that's very close and im extremely happy

 

I can see what you mean. Minor but it’s understandable.

Teeth have always been essential to transformers for me. Couldn’t live without them.

 

Your edit looks good. I do like the original smiling face though. It's a massive improvement over their smiling face for Azalea.

 

Pretty sure with the very lackluster instructions they forgot to show this step. The panels for the side fillers definitely slots into the tab on the arm for helicopter mode
