Would love for MMC to do another promo video clip of the 5 team members on Maximus Pro. Similar to the Assaultus clip where each bot cycles through all 3 of his modes then all team members move in formation to eventually combine into their combined form...

yep, I'm aware of this. a second vid was what I was referring too. Sure, a waste of MMC's finite resources but wishful thinking nonetheless.

You'll likely see another video once or just before they get completed. Nothing much to show right now as most of them are likely in early prototype/testshot versions.

I'll be happy if we get one or two by the end of the year and completed in 2022 . If sooner even better, of course.

Yeah just classic waiting for now. Reminds me of the time first finding out about Assaultus and the time till he eventually started to come out. An exciting time that was, can’t wait to live it again

Curious as what the classic waiting time for a much anticipated combiner is.

Take the MMC Assaultus, for example. How long did he take? From initial "press release" to final figure release/combiner mode completion date?

Transformission Havoc was something in the neighborhood of five years. MMC Assaultus was three years.

Fans Toys Marauder almost three years thus far and counting.

Which would suggest this guy (Maximas Pro) is taking longer than usual at six years and counting. Is it the engineering.

I mean look I don’t really know with great authority. But it’s been about 3 years already. I’m not fussed. MMC I have a lot more faith in getting stuff actually done compared to other companies. And this guy is a big release so he’s probably got a fairly strong priority.

The "press release" for this version of Maximas Pro happened September 2019 in the instruction manual for R-39 Ebrius/Gravus, so it's only been a year and a half since then.

The previous version going back to 2015 was cancelled without announcement years ago, and the current version is a completely new concept started after Assaultus.

Was just watching the 2 video clips that were made for Assaultus - which are still amazing to watch again. I think you're probably right @daimchoc , there might be another clip down the track for the Maximus Pro team members. There's subtle differences in the 2 Assaultus clips to suggest one was made considerably early when the last 2 members - Volatus & Probus were being refined & reworked. As you can see with the blurred shading of those 2 in the clip.

Apologies if this has already been covered, but has anyone figured out how the combined mode feet will be stored? I can work out the hands (or at least, First Aid) but I can't see that either Groove or Streetwise has the mass to store feet that size.
I suspect the ones pictured will be optional add-ons, but it does raise the question of what the all-built-in feet will look like as they won't be able to use the leg-bot feet the way Assaultus does.

Feet built into hotspot and not the limbbots? Look at the back pic there's a strut connecting the feet to the upper thighs.

The FEET are integrated into Hotspot via struts.
