For the P34, I think it's less the LENGTH, but everything else. Its mass/volume is just ridiculously less than the others:

I agree with you— mass is the enemy in racing, so there’s not much to work with on a P34. However, in this case I was referring to the re-scaled combiners images, which shows a very short Drag Strip car.

I guess the team with the best scale consistency is Puzzler

Remember that for the combaticons vortex didn't have weapon storage either. His gun was stored in onslaughts chest.

That was in combined mode. For me (and I'm sure some will feel different), when in combined mode, any place on the combiner is fair game for weapon storage. In vehicle mode, Vortex had weapon storage where everything plugged in.

Navigant, in vehicle mode, does not have weapon storage where the weapon plugs in.

Unless your postal service only hires idiots who can't read mailbox numbers, delivers it to the wrong place, MMC gives you the wrong tracking number and only gets it right after months, you find out that it was delivered but not to you, the postal service tells you it was delivered to the right place (it wasn't), only lets the sender claim (as if a Chinese factory will bother), won't do shit about it, and MMC wants you to pay for more replacement parts.

Guess I'll have to pay, but I was waiting for the exchange rate to get better (it's much better now - Navigant cost me about NZ$160 vs. about NZ$200 for Medicus, granted I paid US$105 vs US$115, but the exchange rate getting better made a huge difference). Not MMC's fault they disappeared, to be fair. The tracking thing is their fault. The rest is because NZ Post is a joke.

Looking forward to Streetwise though. Should be here next week. Here's hoping the rest come out this year, rather than one per year at Christmas time...
    I can't wait for Blades.

Only place on vortex to have weapon was the nose in alt mode and that's not really storage more alt mode weapon use. Isn't any other storage that wasn't just loose inside him same as Navigant is there?

Vortex's nose gun can attach inside Onslaught's back in combined mode. (dedicated slots for it)

Though I would appreciate a "not-installed" interior alt-mode storage spot for it, as I never use it----it doesn't look good (the G1 toy did it much better), and the hinge is ridiculously tight and hard to use.

I think we have different requirements for "alt mode weapon storage", then.

Yeah, if that's the criteria, then none of the Combaticons "store" their weapons.

Fun fact, the gun actually can fit inside the hollow of the tail section in helicopter mode. I don't think it was specifically designed for it, but it works

Is that Cliffjumper the Ocular Max one? OM / MMC have some very impressive designs, it's a shame that the engineering is sometimes their weak point.

mmm by formula 1 car standards the Tyrell is a baby race car in comparison. Thing always looked like an oversized go-cart to me.

It's no wonder FT and XTB had to make Dragstrips substantially bigger than the real thing would be compared the other three sportscars.

    dragsiz.jpg

The top of a Tyrell should be what, halfway up the height of a Countach? Does make me giggle at the idea of a 10-12 foot person being needed to drive such a big track car though haha.
