TFsource has him in stock and you'll get free shipping considering the price

How are they? I was thinking about getting them but I've heard the quality wasn't that good. The plastic used isn't great and pieces tend to fall off.

I think they are. Seller told me he got them from another KO. I guess they did another batch as mines have a red jewel in the middle and the ones I see have blue. Thanks for the info!

Hmmm, just took a look and I will admit that's looking very good. I might actually bite the bullet and move all my pre-orders over to TFSource since the pre-orders seem to be moving much faster there. It'll depend on how lucky I get tomorrow because there's some juicy Gunpla exclusives on Bluefin I want to get and the magic number for free shipping there is also $150 so that's a large chunk of the budget right there.

If you’re at all a fan of the MMC DJD figures, you won’t regret Mors one bit. I’ve had mine for three weeks or so and haven’t stopped fiddling with him.

Oh, I'm working on getting the full team, I have MMC Carnifex which is basically a GOD in plastic form and I absolutely love all the DJD designs.

So I've always loved that MMC puts the designer names on the boxes, and it seems like a lot of their creative people hang out on these boards.

Is there a reference somewhere of who designed which figures, or who all is on their team? Or if not, can someone at least give me the cliff notes?

One thing I always loved about comics was becoming fans of creators and not just companies/properties, and I've always wanted to be able to do the same thing with Transformer toys, but it seems like most of the industry does its damndest to obscure who designed what.

That's the thing that sucks with collecting, trying to budget your money with all these different lines releasing. I originally had my DJD team members pre-ordered on BBTS but someone pointed out to me I should go TFsource route. Made more sense because of the free shipping and they also have a points system from your purchases that you can use towards a added discount on your next purchases. Better than BTTS but since he's still available for pre-order on there, probably make more sense to keep the preorder so that you don't go over budget with those exclusives you're looking to get now.

I hear you. Personally I moved all of my DJD stuff, my Takara POs, MMC Brawl and some DBZ Figuarts (as well as some odds & ends) to TCP, myself. In case you aren't aware of what they're about, they too have a rewards program, though with that, you'd have to buy credit using points instead of it automatically applying, which is fine for me. But on top of all that, their real stand-out privilege that they offer is the ability to add on incrimental payments to your pre-orders. For example, say you pre-order Tarn for $120, on any random day you could just put $20 to that, and then say $50 to it. Your balance would end up just being $70 afterward. I haven't used it myself as of yet, but it's definitely a useful feature to have at your disposal. Not to mention that they actually get their stuff in-hand in a pretty reasonable time compared to say, BBTS or TFSource. They're usually one of the first to dish out pieces domestically, from what i've seen at least. Got my Nickel & Pet and Vortex from them, couldn't have been happier.

I did the same to mine, and in a dark room you can’t really see the eyes still, but even a small bit of light and there’s a red “shine”. Totally worth doing to your own.

Yeah, the Gunpla event just wrapped up and the damage was...well, actually the exact amount I would have had to pay for Mors on TCP.

So I'm just going to keep all my stuff on BBTS for the moment :lol

Ack, I need that. It would be great if I could just pay down my stack with some discretionary income when it's around. Does TCP do free shipping?

On anything over $150. Though IIRC it also counts for Stack orders, ie: getting MMC Vortex and Blast Off together. Don't quote me on that though, haha.
