Still my favorite figure in my collection, I'd go so far as to argue that Carnifex is the best transforming figure ever made. The only flaws this figure has are the hip flaps that fall off constantly.

EDIT: And here's Driftpool, just for kicks:

so wish mmc would have done a reissue...maybe next year if more people get interested. That prime wars webseries should have got more people interested in Overlord...but no that was a horrible horrid series. It did get better towards the end however.

Yeah, I was sad that there wasn't a reissue...I wanted to get a backup. I've seen him go for about $250 several times on eBay recently, I'd say that's a fair price for what is in my opinion the best figure of all time. Keep an eye out. A lot of people have suggested Double Evil, and while that figure does look nice it doesn't have Carnifex' perfect head sculpt (s).

yeah I have seen him go up a few times...I keep an active ping alert for new MMC figures on ebay. there are still a few I want and don't have...tfsource and bbts have a few but some are just long gone. My grail is still tfcon reformatted asterisks azalea...but I am not paying $300 for her. $200 is about my max and thats a once in a few or six months type purchase...its already gonna be tough getting ER Scorponok, and the last 2 MMC DJD pretty close together. So unless I sell a lot of my old stuff, Carnifex keeps having to wait...I am just glad I am not hunting a Strika/Titanika, or Turmoil/Commotus. Those rarely ever pop up anymore and when they do heck I could but 2 Overlords for the price of 1 of them.

I'm contemplating on buying commotus, y'all know what that means? If I do, a reissue will come!

Joking aside that guy goes for about 300 :(
Not worth that much, I'd pay 150 max.

I've never had any issue with the hip flaps on my Carnifex, though I'm surprised to hear he never got a re-issue. I mean, it's freakin' Overlord, the single best thing to come out of Last Stand of the Wreckers.

All the same, makes me super glad I blew the budget on him when I did all those years ago. He is absolutely worth every penny. And I can't wait to have the Overlord vs DJD battle that never really happened in the comics.

I would buy titanika at normal price if they were to reissue her! 400 though??? That's wild!

On some copies of Carnifex (like mine) the glue didn't adhere properly or something so the blue hip piece just tabs in via pressure. But yeah, Carnifex is still the figure I consider to be most worth the money I paid. I'm looking forward to Mors coming out next month, he's in the same price point so I'm hoping and guessing that he'll be of a similar quality.

Huh, maybe I'm misremembering but I could have sworn Overlord was $200 flat. Might have been the final amount after tax, admittedly. Either way, I agree on Mors needing to get here soon for all of us to enjoy - I'm absolutely nabbing Foxwire/Ni alongside, so that's like $300 and bankrupts my toy budget for June, but it gets me three of the DJD in one fell swoop.

IIRC, there was a planned reissue, but they needed a minimum order that wasn't met. Maybe they can try again in the future, when demand has been allowed to simmer to awhile longer.

I could've sworn I paid $189 or something like that for him (he might've been on sale), I figure that's about the same price point. I just mean that $200ish gets you some damn good stuff with MMC, so I'm expecting a lot out of Mors. Last month, I also decided to do some recruiting for my DJD so I got Anarchus off of eBay...I really love the torture chair mode. Then I got Jaguar as a birthday gift, so I gave the Vos rifle he comes with to Kultur as a stand in for the very fragile and expensive full Vos figure. Nice call on getting Foxwire and ni, not sure if I'll get them or the Vos reissue but I plan to get TorTor.

Wrong, Ironfist was the best thing that came out of LSOTW.

Yeah, I saw that...doesn't look anywhere near as good as MMC's sculpt.

Didn't they say they were redoing those face sculpts after bad feedback, or did I imagine it?

I agree with him being quite possibly the best figure ever, he is the crown jewel of my collection.
