That’s not too bad for size. I’d hope a proper MTMTE Ratchet gets made though. He’s a top tier ratchet design for me.

 

I remember rumours about MMC going to make a MTMTE Ratchet.

Probably gone the way of the dodo, like several other either rumoured or announced figures.

 

When the (somewhat old now) rumors came from inside the house.  

 

God, an MMC IDW Magnus would be heaven. I'm so close to pulling the trigger on a CW one just to get that design in my collection.

 

I believe they clarified back then that no one at MMC was actively working on a Magnus.

 

Takara Legends Magnus with the X2 Toys Upgrade kit basically makes it a perfect figure in regards to MTMTE colors. Plus Iron Factory has their own Minimus Ambus coming out soon, so you don't have to worry about the Alpha Trion that comes with Takara Mags.

 

Oh the ratchet I was referring to back then I'm pretty sure got cancelled ages ago.  

Still he's such a mainstay of idw I'm sure mmc will come back to him.

Would’ve been fun if the Autobot mask could could go onto Tyrantron. But he’s a wonderful chap.

Titanika at the very least.

 

It would be great for those still looking for one. However, the original runs sat forever anf didnt sell. I know a couple places still have Oberon available. But once titanika finally dried up she was gone and took me almost 2 years to find one after. And the ones that come available now are insane prices. I only have alerts for her because i get notifications on all mmc toys. Still looking for a few myself. Tfcon reformatted azalea. But im not paying 3 or 400 for her.

But for titanika mmc has said no to reissue because if they dont sell a xx amount it becomes a loss to run the mold in production again. I know people say they want her but when it comes time to pony 130 or so msrp people balk and say theyll wait for sale. We probably need a few thousand requests.

 

Yeah, I remember their reasoning for not re-releasing her, but it would still be cool of them to do so if they ever put out more BM remolds down the line.

Ah well, I've owned her twice now and sold her off both times, but not because I didn't like her, but because my collecting habits are always changing.
