Super jealous! I have nine so far...Feral Rex, Carnifex, Hexatron Continuum, Kultur, and Tyrantron. Hoping to add Spartan next month whenever that preorder comes due.

How well do some of these scale with CHUG figures? I am very curious about the DJD figures

    Very well executed!

I'm so jealous of that Super Nova. One of my biggest regrets in collecting was passing on that...

Where an average hasbro toy is somewhere between 4 and 5 inches an average mmc is somewhere between 6 and 7. So you might find a handful of mmc's that scale ok to your larger hasbro toys but certainly not the majority of their deluxe releases since when mmc does deluxes it is for small stature characters only. Maketoys and PlanetX similarly follow this larger stature route with their non-mp releases as well.

I personally only have two hasbro toys on my shelf still; generations skids and springer and ideally I'd replace both by now with larger better versions if I could and am hoping mmc does them some day.

...magna/inventa's such a weird one: reformatted, yes, but feels more like an ocular max figure...i guess the malum militia were the same way?..

Kinda been feeling the same way since all of these got delayed until summer which is normal-ish, but still frustrating to see. I want to know what happened to the potential Getaway repaint of Hot Rod and their Bulkhead remold of Dicamus. If Reformatted goes away, I think it'd spell the end of my collecting days after Assaultus.
EDIT: Also, here's a nice picture of two of my favorite MMC figures that I took the other day so it's not just me being impatient/sad:

Actually, a lot more of them scale well that you might think. Yeah, Rodimus and Drift/Wing are too big for CHUG, but there's quite a few toys that work great in an IDW based CHUG collection. Impactor/Turmoil, Roadbuster/Strika, Whirl/Obsidian, Sky-Lynx, Cyclonus/Lockdown/Deaths Head, Megatron, and the upcoming Guzzle. And yes, also the DJD, if you go by the scale chart Nick Roche did way back. Because the DJD are actually that big in the comics:

(Notice how Tarn is taller than Kaon, who is around the same height as Spinster and Flywheels? Yeah, well, the latter two characters are usually depicted as voyager size in IDW. That's why people have made IDW customs of them out of Thrilling 30 Springer and Blitzwing, respectively.)

The biggest outlier is Overlord, because he's scaled according to his appearance in Last Stand of the Wreckers, which means he's way too big to work with figures like Combiner Wars Ultra-Magnus. And as a result, their upcoming Deathsaurus, who is the same size as Overlord, is also too big. But that's not big deal, because contrary to what you said, Planet X's Deathsaurus is around the size of a Hasbro Leader Class figure, and thus perfect for a CHUG collection:

And guess what: their Star Saber is the same size too. Which means if you have the budget and are tired of waiting for an official Generations Star Saber, Planet X's upcoming offering is perfect for your collection.

I’ve been wondering where that warpath went!
