Eris pretty much proved that fembots sell pretty quickly. Especially ones — and pardon me for saying this — that look typically more “feminine” than those who aren’t (Strika).

I’m pretty positive (but what do I know?) that a Nautica would sell like delicious hot cakes.

Sigh. Here is hoping this gave MMC some hope and consideration for one.

Faction sticker day!

Also I just got Guzzle and Brawn in. They both are desperate for some Kiki/Future in their torso/shoulder joints, but once applied they're ace. I like Brawn more in hand than I'd expected, but Guzzle is obviously the highlight of the set.

 

I just got Nickel and the Pet in today. I only felt like transforming Nickel tonight, and lord was it more complicated than I thought. She has a lot of really tough tolerances that makes things more difficult than it should be. A nice little figure though, I gotta admit that the engineering is pretty clever.

 

I know it's not accurate to the IDW comic, but the G1 fan in me kinda likes Chromedome having two big matching red guns. I wasn't going to go so far as to order a pair of actual G1 guns online for Mnemo, but then I remembered: I had given my old Cyber Battalion Jetfire to my four-year-old, but had kept the guns (I knew she would likely just lose them anyway, and I figured I could use them for other figures). They ended up fitting the bill, nicely, and I really like how he looks with them. Feels Chromedomey to me.

 

Anyone with a feral rex able to tell me how long the sword is? Found a figure and they said the sword is 60cm but idk if that’s the official or a KO.

Yeah those are real nice. They feel appropriately stylised as much as he is from G1 Chromedome as well.

 

Thanks! Yeah, I felt the same way, I like that they don’t look exactly like the G1 guns. The G1’s are big and chunky, while these have thin-thick variation in the same way IDW Chromedome himself does. I was pretty happy with how they ended up looking.

Nope, he's got this lavender color. Some people dislike it owing to the comic book counterpart being darker, but I'm OK with it

Just doing a count up of the ocular Max figs. Sure would be nice to see more Decepticons from them. Fairly autobot centric aside from the Combaticons. Would be cool to see some other chaps like maybe the Deluxe Insecticons or something. Maybe even some Duocons. Headmasters scale.
