Matrix workshops set for siege springer, ebay,

 

Agabyss and BBTS both have Kaon and Vos scheduled for April 2021 (yay!), Toy Dojo went with May 2021 (okay), while TF Source has them as July and September (boo). The Chosen Prime just goes with Q2. Any idea which is correct?

Plus, when is this Reformatted figure for Nautica going to get released? I keep on hearing about Nautica and Mentis/Rung.

 

I believe BBTS just goes with the first release date they are given (~Nov 2020?), and if it misses the mark the product page automatically updates to the upcoming month and so on, unless they hear otherwise from their suppliers.

I’m guessing TFSource is the most accurate.

 

It won't be April, because right now MMC's working on Stellarus and Eris. I think I saw a MMC rep on some social say July/August, but I can't remember where, so feel free to take that with a grain of salt. A general rule of thumb is that third-party (and MMC in particular) release dates are notoriously unreliable, so really, the only thing that ever turns out to be true is "it's out when it's out."

And there is no Reformatted Nautica. MMC has said several times that they aren't currently working on one and have no plans to as yet.

 

MMC really should do a Nautica. I've got 2/3 of the DJD (with the last 1/3 on pre-order). I've also picked up a bit of the Lost Light crew with Rodimus, Megatron, Drift, and Whirl. Rung/Mentis is on pre-order with Show.Z. Until they start doing Scavengers (was that the Decepticon "loser" squad's official moniker?) I'm running out of figures to collect. But MMC needs to work on the rest of the Lost Light crew with an IDW Swerve, an Ultra Magnus with a removable Minimus, and Nautica. A revamped Cyclonus would also be appreciated.

 

A Cyclonus with their current standards/engineering and better color matching would be an instant buy from me
