For me, in Canada, his shipping is too expensive vs other etailers, so i only use him to send friends in the states some goodies.

I took no offense at all to it, just looking to improve is all. We speediest the feedback and will listen! Being a MISB collector for the most part myself I understand the importance of box quality upon arrival and we will certainly add a little more paper to keep things a bit more stable. I think at times the paper seems adequate when is taped up, but as the box shakes around, the paper settles and becomes for loose. We will make sure there is enoughfrom now on though! We appreciate the feedback and your business!

To address the strike issue a little guys, I have to concur with daimchoc here, larger shipments have a much more likely chance of getting hung up by customs and sometimes things just happen, with as much business as they do, some things are bound to be delayed and though it would be nice, I don't think it's realistic for a company like BBTS to come on a forum every time they have a delay and address it, that would create never ending stream of questions and expectations they couldn't possibly live up to.

The cannon attaches to either arm. It plugs into the robot mode feet, which are the same on both figures. Where I had an issue with the cannon was attaching it to the other (bird foot) side of Talon, like it was shown in earlier test shots.

Well, I'm glad to at least KNOW about the strike. It means I won't spend the next two weeks expecting Talon to drop every day. That's SORT OF an improvement. I guess.
