IDW fan and interest in figmas? My man.

I have stopped opening most of mine because I don't have detolf space anymore   and I have 6 of them

 

@LazyAza Can you confirm whether Dicamus is supposed to come with one gun or two?

 

Body stacking could also work?

 

Haha trust me. I have some of them posed in ways where they "overlap" with one another. Still no space  

Most of the detolfs are filled with TFs. 4 shelves are reserved for my HotToys, 1/6 scale figures and figmas  

 

Man, you at least gotta space out a little....toys get weird when you cramp them together.

 

Saw Paik reviews post this on Facebook. It sucks but it'd make sense if review copies accidentally got two guns.

I've just asked one of our designers and emailed the boss to be doubly sure. But if Paik says it was an accident he was shown with two then that's how it is unfortunately.
Which even as someone not planning to grab the figure is a huge bummer, thought it was super cool if he was indeed coming with two guns. Roadbuster n all, you'd figure he would. bleh

 

Well, I don't know how they can justify this. I don't see any reason to not include them considering that Titanika has both rifles.

My thoughts exactly, could foresee the next "thing we ask mmc to do" via the hub being a weapon set for this guy now. Just pull an MT and go full Striker Noir on him, make some stuff other Reform figures can wield too. Would be great.

 

Are there any good pics around of weapons that he's used (ie in the comics) *looks thoughtfully at 3d printer*

 

I wouldn't mind a weapon set. I'm really interested in Titanika and this figure (although the restrictive articulation might be a problem) but still, Dicamus should have had his second rifle, I already thought he was lacking in weaponry by having just two rifles considering this is frikking Roadbuster we're talking about, now things are even worse.

I hope that if MMC does a weapon set they not only create more guns for Roadbuster but also some sort of melee weapon for Strika (She's a fembot after all, she should have melee weapons dammit!) and I also hope that they don't make it just as part of a variant considering they have already released two versions of it, not to mention the restrictions the figure has makes it hard to justify buying yet another repaint.

I think it's too bad that we've seen some recent photos with two guns that have made things confusing, but all the store listings have listed 1 gun and 2 grenade launchers as the accessory count, and that's actually what Paik confirmed a few months ago. Dicamus also costs a little less than Titanika and comes a with an additional head.

I'd advocated a long, long time ago that instead of being less equipped and cheaper, Dicamus should've been equipped with more weapons (and more expensive if necessary), but that idea never got enough traction, so hopefully a weapons pack comes up. I do kind of think the paired-rifles look is more of a Strika thing, so if/when MMC provides an accessory pack for Dicamus, I'd like to see a variety of weapons that can be attached to all the molded mounting points.

MMC is really starting to rip off their fanbase (prices are getting higher, paint and features are reduced). Let's hope they won't make the same mistakes FP did...

 

Right after I preorder this and i find out he only really comes with 1 gun, quite disappointing...

 

You don't have to hope. MMC true fans always demand the following: more repaints, higher prices, simplified transformation and limited shoulder articulation. You'll get to experience the last one for this mould.

It's a good thing I managed to sell my first run Kultur for 300 plus to offset all these inflation.
