So I recently acquired the Mudflap/Skids Icecream truck combo and one of Skids' elbows is missing its pin. Is there anyway to get a replacement without taking it from another Skids?

Pics of opposite elbow for reference.

No, you’ll have to make your own make-shift repair with a screw or something.

Don't use a screw. You can get metal dowel pins of various diameters. In my experience, most TF pins are 1.5mm or 2mm (and rarely you'll see tiny 1mm pins) which can be sourced inexpensively from Amazon.

Oops, just looked at your pics. Looks like you need a flat head pin. Those are a little tougher to find. From your pics, I'd guess that's a 2mm pin with a 4mm head (might be 1.5mm with a 3mm head) but you'll want to try to measure it as best you can to be sure. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a good source for that kind of pin and most places want to measure in gauge rather than mm which is annoying (12 gauge is pretty close to 2mm but there isn't one that's close enough 1.5mm) and they usually require minimum orders of like 5000 or something.

Maybe a screw is your best option :(

Thanks for the info! I'll probably head to the hardware store to see if I can find the perfect nail.

Good luck. A tiny bit of superglue into the hole on the arm should help the nail or whatever stay but, if you go that route, you'll want to make sure it's a small enough amount that it doesn't squish out of the hole and lock up the whole arm.
