shopgoodwill.com - #6537887 - 1984 Hasbro "Jetfire" Transformer Set - 8/4/2010 2:20:20 PM found this and thought i would share
Thats awesome but unless your the seller or not interested in buying this your self you could be opening yourself up to epic competition for this.
It may go cheap, but there isn't a 1984 Jetfire, and it definitely isn't misb. Stickers applied and styro trays rearranged......resealed with scotch tape
I also agree, not MISB. Jetfire is in the wrong position. Even though it looks complete, we cannot see all the parts through the photos provided. It's also difficult see if there is yellowing on the figure. Even though the auction is ran by a respectable organization, I'm kind of sketchy in buying this at a high price due to their lack of knowledge on the item.
Oh dear oh dear oh dear. No-one should buy this, unless they want to let themselves in for some epic disappointment.
its pretty clear this is not being sold by a collector, some how it fell in to the laps of a goodwill store. that said its fair to say they they are far from experts on Transformers and figured out enough to know they have something of decent value to go through the effort of listing it on this website.
im still waiting for a 100.00 high quality ko of my favorite tf piece of all times. please ko him off already!
I drive by the goodwill in Evansville three times a week. Maybe I can swing by and check it out, it they have it available
Thanks guys, I was just sooooo excited by the title that I completely just scanned over the pics, but as always cooler heads prevailed, and won't bid any highr than I already have.
why would you want $100 ko, when you can get an original for less than that? i got mine for like 75 and completed it with the gun clip for 22 more, no paint wear on the nose and bone white, if you went a little wear you'd get it for less, i sold a complete minus gun clip last year with a tan for 45, the buyer bought a new body for like 25 or so that was white.
