I've been ecstatic since I read the news yesterday. Mirror's Edge was the first game I bought for this generation. In fact, I bought it months before I even had my Ps3. Easily the most under-appreciated game this generation.
I still need to play the first one. The iOS version is unsat. Wonder if they're gonna add an option to play in 3rd person?
The first one was an EA game, stop being so one sighted. Not playing something because it has EA on the box is stupid.
loved the first game but I could only play it for about an hour at a time. is the only game in my nearly 30 years of gaming to ever give me motion sickness. I was literally praying to the porcelain god twice after my first two 5 hour sessions and fine an hour later. fool me twice, shame on me. I started playing in hour spans after that and finished it fine. awesome game but even if you don't have any inkling of motion sickness (I've never been sick in cars/trains or anything like that), beware playing in more then an hour or two long sessions.
I just hope that it keeps the same level of difficulty the first one did, I don't want another dumbed down experience in gaming. Also, online competitive racing would be epic. Not just leader boards, but a group of people in one game running through a track like the time trials the first one had.
