Earthrise Trailbreaker is a great little figure, very nice representation of the character... Except for the arm kibble. That is a detail which only Hoist had in the original cartoon, so I wanted to do a minor fix to remedy this issue!

I used an X-acto knife to cut off portions of the side fenders, then glued those onto Trailbreaker's legs. It is not the cleanest possible result due to my shaky hands, but it still looks decent enough and makes the robot mode look a lot more accurate from the front and makes him stand out more from Hoist I feel! I might try a bit of sanding and painting to make it look more clean later on, but as it stands I keep him in robot mode 90% of the time anyway so I'm happy with him :)

That works! Alternately, someone put up a 3d file of that part with a hinge, so the lower part folds up the back side in bot mode.

This is such an improvement! I’m definitely doing this to mine. How long did it take you to cut through?

It was about 15ish minutes per panel cutting at it with a hobby knife, I imagine you could go faster or slower depending on what you have access to!
