Attention everyone. I spoke with a TRU employee this morning about Energon. He said they where on the truck and would be on the shelf tommorrow. So the release date from the official site was correct. With any luck the guy knew what he was talking about. So we should also see Alternators in December. He also said MOTU:Snakemen figures should arrive in the next week or two.
I hope so. I want energon, and Snakemen too! Some morons who claim they're "in the no" have said TRU isn't getting any more MOTU... Which TRU was this, by the way?
Are you confirming that all TRUs are going to have Energon on Saturday, November 29th?!?! Please specify which TRU, for 'informational' purposes... I'm not really into MOTU...
There was a release date on Transformers.com. I was at the Burnsville TRU this morning. An employee approached me and asked if I needed help. I asked about Energon and Snakemen. He said they have them (Energon) but couldn't put them out till tonight. I am confident that the website was accurate and most stores will have them. He also said because of the holiday season we can have items rainchecked. TRU's and 60% of Target stores carry MOTU. I worked overnights at Bloomington TRU last year and they received a new truck everynight up untill December 25th. There's no reason to believe this has changed this year. If we're lucky some late cases with Evil-Lyn might even pop up. The TRU Distribution center is in Springfeild, Iowa (if I remmember correctly) wich is why they usually get shipments late with NEW product lines as an exception (snakemen, energon, etcetera).
Well that is promising news. Glad to see Energon should be everywhere! And I hope anyone who needs an Evillyn gets one. I drove up to the princeton Pamida store to get mine! Oh, funny news, I counted 83 Unicrons at Coon Rapids Target Greatland earlier this week lol
When I went to TRU Burnsville they had the listings but nothing in the manifest. They said to check back in a week. I then went to TRU Bloomington and they said within the next 2 trucks. I'm beggining to think they're confusing Universe with Energon. I feel like ass. Sorry everyone.
Went to TRU in Minnetonka and they had no Energon but a mountain of the Black Friday Bonus Minicon Supercons. After asking a manager it seems that they forgot to restock them most of the weekend and as a result have a LOT in back.
I was at the Burnsville store on Friday. I was surprised that they didn't have many out either. Makes me wonder if they too forgot to restock.
Just picked up Energon Prime, Strongarm, Skyblast and Battle Ravage at Maplewood TRU! There are only 2 Energon Sabers left though.
KO Heaven! Just went to the new Big Lots in Coonrapids. There was a whole section of TF KO's, which included RID Megatron and TM2 megs, among others!
I just got Ravage, Strong Arm and Skyblast at the Minnetonka TRU they are $6.99 there. There was a Ravage, 2 Strong Arm and 3 energon Sabers left whan I was done. Some how I think the Energon Saber is going to be the peg warmer this wave as it's been done twice already and this time while the retool is cool I already have the first 2 and don't need another.
Found Energon Prime and all wave 1 basics at TRU Roseville. Got the last Prime. There was plenty of everything else when I left (about 4pm).
If anyone missed out on them (don't know if TRU still carries them as I don't collect much Armada) it looked as though the 94& White Bear Ave. Target found a wave one Armada case as they suddenly had a Hot Shot and two Cyclonus figures.
