I'm guessing with everything going on they've already burned through whatever number they had for QC issues.
So on VS and VL chest is the gold just paint or is it vac Mac? It looks to me to be paint but not completely sure. I’m just checking if it’s just paint I can paint over the scratches on my VS.
I think if mine get too scratched, I'll just get the inevitable toyhax labels. XD I'll prolly wanna replace his wing decals at some point anyway.
....random ask. Anybody have a spare Kingdom Inferno they'd be willing to part with for a relatively fair price? No rush since the weather is crap.
Tell me about it... Especially when today my snowblower decides not to work despite working yesterday on the "first round" of snow. I shoveled as much as I could today after the "second round" and now I see it's snowing AGAIN right now. Definitely not going out looking for toys anytime soon here. (or doing anything outside other than go to work and get groceries)
Since I hate working from home, I was out and about anyway so I swung by Edina target. Oddly... one Skullgrin, 3 '86 Ironhides, and 2 SS Galvs. So that was interesting. Also: Core Slug should be here today from Amazon! Excited to start on my Monstructor pretool. XD Also also: starting to wonder if this Korean Starscream my brother bought me is legit.... I mean, it does say it has realistic shape and flexible action, so I assume it is.
Well, snowblower is hopefully fixed. Repair guy came by...looked it over. Apparently ice got REALLY in the area where the propeller is that moves the snow into the chute, so he took a hammer to the bottom of the blower to knock it loose. Started it up, it worked. He then noticed a few other things he decided to fix I didn't know about. (I know NOTHING about machines in terms of repair or maintenance) Only asked for $30 for the trip there. Much better than I was expecting here. Of course, I went out and shoveled my driveway and sidewalks before he arrived so I'm now sitting with a back massager on my computer chair and taking a pain killer. Have anyone's stores done their toy aisle resets yet? I assume the new stuff mostly won't get put out until they do that. At least when it comes to stores around me.
Edina Target still has a number of '86 Ironhides and Galvs, but Skullgrin had been replaced by Crankcase. I guess he is more thundercracker colors. His engineering is Generations Legends Starscream, I think, but his feet are different (the jet thruster is on the bottom in robot mode and the foot/thruster rotates). He does have knees indeed have knees. Also, this showed up from Amazon: Guess this is my first Evo guy!
Went grocery shopping today after the insane snowy week and stopped at a few Targets along the way, Found 1 Beast Wars Inferno at Andover Target that came home with me and two Armada Starscreams at Coon Rapids Target. Just really looking for a Dead End here as aside from Pointbreak, He's one of the only Legacy figures I have not seen anywhere around me.
Scalpers have really latched on to DeadEnd. Gotta love short packing a combiner component, well done Hasblo
