Did TFW2005 not do a TFW2005 Top 3rd Party Picks of 2020? I saw the official one and I saw 2019's 3P one. Am I missing something?

So with all of these reposts here from all over the state that I would have a pretty good chance at finding something when I made my weekly grocery trip to the Target in St. Paul. I turned the corner and I see absolutely nothing, just the same leftover Studio Series and Cyberverse stuff that has been there for a month. Now I have safety preorders on everything I want right now with BBTS so I'm not really worried about finding anything but man it is disappointing when I see these posts from all over and there's just nothing. I'm not sure if my Target just hasn't been putting out or receiving new stock or if there's a scalper that comes in and buys up everything but it looks like I'm not canceling any of my BBTS preorders tonight.

The Blaine Walmart on Ball Road had a ton of Core figures as well as:

    Warpath X 2
    Paleotrex X 4
    Blackarachnia X 1
    Primal X 4
    Cyclonus X 1

    Grimlock X 2

    Wheeljack X 2
    Elita-1 X 2
    Bumblebee X 2
    Impactor X 1
    Red Alert X 1

The Cyclonus and one Bee came home with me.

Yup Midway, which is why I had to buy that seeker two-pack off of you over the summer. Also, I'm only going to Target once a week because of covid, so I have fewer chances to find stuff.

I think Midway tends to get stuff early and is gone the quickest.

I was at Richfield Target around 6pm, to buy my girlfriend some Epsom salts. The toy aisle has been wiped out most times I checked it recently, and I almost didn’t bother checking. But as folks like us are want to do, I made my way over to the Transformers section and discovered a lone Ss86 Jazz!! Being the only figure I’m seriously seeking, I snatched it up.
Curiously, there were absolutely no other Studio Series figures.
There were a couple Primals there, but no Cyclonus or Megatron.

Found a couple SS 86 grimlocks last week... Both were gone next day at Target... Which currently is full of buzzworthy... Bb stuff..
Yesterday they had 2 hot rods back in stock..

Walmart , had the retro headmasters out last night.. and some Netflix wave 1/2... Red alert was there... First SS 86 deluxes... I have seen... Jazz and Blur... Blur's...face looks odd... Some kingdom deluxes... And G-1 blasters hiding in a different isle...up high. So Willmar has a little stuff right now... Thinking of getting a mindwipe.... As I never got one before... Well see?

Well, decided to buy one of all the retro headmasters. As I realized they have some of the cooler head sculpts and paint jobs of those molds. So far as Wilmer goes there's only one. Chrome dome as of tonight

Nothing interesting at EP target except a hot rod and scourge at the back endcap. EP Walmart had 2 scourges and 1 hotrod, as well as 1 cheetor and 1 Paleotrex.

I don't, but I just wanted to say thank you for being someone who appreciates that figure. It's the one MP Springer I own. :)

I was this post old when I found out Hermantown existed. The post made me think about how back in the day, going to New Ulm K-Mart on my way to my parents' house in western MN was my go-to to find lost waves because they always somehow ended up having them.

Also, a buddy who lives in White Bear let me know that Vadnais Target had 2 86 Grimlocks. I drove up and grabbed the last one there. They also had an endcap with a ton of Bee stuff, including 2 VW MPM Bees and a stack of those gold Bee Reaction figures. Man, I do not understand how those are $18.

Grimlock's dope. I expected him to be the same old grimlock engineering, but he's got a few surprises. The way they do his elbows/dino knees is cool. Like with all grimlocks, I wish there was a way to tuck away his claws in robot mode, and it's cool they included Wheelie but I would have liked his sword as well. Anyway, definitely a fantastic figure, and I'm really happy we'll be able to get a (mostly?) whole set of Dinobots this way.

I had to look up where Hermantown was... Way up by Duluth. Dang.

Gotta say I'm glad I'm done with hunting for now with the current outdoor weather. Not a fan of real cold weather at all. So the less I have to go out in it and burn gas looking for stuff, the better. (Still have to go to work of course.)

I do agree that SS Grimlock is pretty good. There are a few things I feel could have been better like the weird see through plastic on his chest could have been lighter, the dino head should have had teeth in the front of its mouth, concerns about the tabs in his robot arms/dino legs... But it's still a good Grimlock and gives me hope for the rest of the Dinobots coming rumor being true.

Stopped at Hot Comics today to pick up my issue of BW #1.

It was a nice little read. Got us as far as the crash and introduced us to the core cast. The OG voices were in my head. Was impressed with how quickly they came back to me.

Brain is trying to pair a voice with Nyx and Skold, though.
