MMC Backdraft is a pretty cool figure! Mine has a couple minor QC issues (paint mainly) but otherwise he's nice. One thing I do not like is how the head wings transform... they just kinda flip out on the multi-hinge things and just sit there. The hinges they're on also hinder backward shoulder movement a bit. Seems like a weird design flaw considering how on point the rest of the figure is. I'll write up a review in the next couple days to go over the nitty gritty.

Bought a second Victorion for $78 shipped from Amazon, then returned it under my full priced Target receipt. Was worth the little bit of hassle to reclaim the 20% I missed out on when she went up on HTS.

I say this, because there will likely be a Victorion on the shelves at Eagan Target in the next few days. Provided the employee who gasped when he saw it in the return bin doesn't take it home himself.

 

Jertallica, has anyone at Frankiecon reached out to Hub Hobby for a vendor table? Both of their locations have a bunch of Gundams and I think they'd sell a good amount of kits at the con.

 

Eagan Target was in the middle of a restock this morning. Might be worth stopping by if you're near enough and checking for Titans.

 

Has anyone spotted the Sky Lynx voyager wave at Marshalls or TJ Maxx?

 

I was at TJ Maxx this weekend, and they had some Onslaughts, but that's it. Didn't check the price, tho.

Lino Lakes Target has no TR figures. They are still hanging on to a CW Brawl, 3 Wheeljacks and a bunch of legends including a Bombshell and Blackjack.

They also have four RID Fracture with Airazors on clearance for $10 each.

 

I'm sorry - I should've mentioned that I went out to Blaine Super Target on Monday when that sighting for the legends was posted. I got there around 4:15pm, and someone else had snatched up virtually everything. All that was left was one Rewind (bad paint) hidden behind some other stuff. I purchased the Rewind, despite the bad paint, because I'd spent nearly an hour driving there to get it.

I went to both the Inver Grove Heights and Eagan Targets yesterday. Absolutely nothing, unless you're still looking for Combiner Wars Wheeljack.

 

Nothing at Bloomington and Bville Targets, nothing at Bville TRU. The TRU looking like it was doing some MAJOR restocking, but the only TF cases I could see were for those huge RID Bumblebees and RID Power Surge Prime or whatever the big one is called.

 

Found TR Skullsmasher at Roseville WM. 1 left as of 5;30. Hunting for figures on Hiro's list.

 

Got my X-Transbots Andras from BBTS today and...he's missing his blue gun.

Sent an e-mail to them. Hopefully they'll just send me a new gun and I won't have to send the whole thing back as otherwise, he is a pretty cool interpretation of G1 Scourge.
Though those feet were definitely a nightmare. I ended up unscrewing the parts where the foot pushes through and just did it that way rather than try to force them through.
